Hi, if you certain that this is an error, firstly, try reaching the CIC help desk. Give then you situation and get the mail address where you can send a email to appeal.
I have read cases where without having to reach a lawer, CIC has corrected its stance on an application.

All the best.

Hello all

My application was rec'd by CIC on December 29, 2014 , and was returned (I received it today). The reason given was :
You did not provide an ECA report

However I have Canadian post secondary education and provided the relevant certificates to prove this. What should I do? Call CIC or email?

Any help would be appreciated

Hello friends,

I have to make demand draft for the the RPRF for NDVO..

Please reply that in whose favour of DD should be made and of How much amount ???

Can some one help me uderstand this line from the link. It got me confused. What's the refrence to 183 days?

The amendments would require applicants to be physically present for four years (1,460 days) in a six-year period, and require applicants to be physically present in Canada for at least 183 days per year in four of the six years.

Hi, after how many days of MR one gets PPR. Excel sheet on forum says 35 days but 70 days past and I haven’t received PPR yet. My visa office is LVO.

Dear friends,

Please reply

I am from India.Today Called and CIC confirms my file transferred to Warsaw.Mine NOC-2172,PER 25/02/2015 and still not received AOR.

I am planing to move from number one indian IT company to other IT company. My Designation and role will change and by strange i accepted 2 LAKHS less salry for year(from 11 to 9 now- Is it create any suspicious in CIC).Since i am in bench recently many layoffs happened in my company and don't want to be a victim of process, so accepted it and not yet join new company.

1)Do i need to inform WARSAW VO?If yes when and how?Is that create any negative impact in terms of delay or rejection of PR.

2)From PER 25/02/2015 to Visa issued how many months will take?If it's below four months i may consider to continue the company and ready take risk.Since my company will send PR guys to canada projects. If it takes more than 5 months not sure when they again start layoff?

Hello buddies,
I got my MR today for me and my wife from Paris VO. I have also received Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) and some documents request in separate emails.

I had some questions to ask in this regard:

1. Is there any deadlines to pay for RPRF?
2. They have asked for both applicants' detailed CV. Is there a specific format or pattern to follow for such a detailed resume?
3. Information concerning military service, including rank, unit and location requested. What is the meaning of "Provide certificate of good conduct" and what a particular document should I provide for the proof?
4. Another thing that is requested is: "List all your activities (employment, studies, unemployment, vacation, etc.) during the periods indicated below. You must precise your tasks and responsibilities, name of the firm, of your employer, place of work and give precise dates (month/year) without interruption". Should I fill a form for this?
5. My second line hasn't been updated yet. Is that weird?

SS also updated.

Hi, please ref the below link which should also be part of you RPRF email for all the necessary details.

If I understand correctly, at least 183 days in each calendar year to complete the 1460 days.

Hi Canoi ,

Once we get the PPR means all the checks are complete or they still doing some verification or checks and after how many years we can apply for Canadian Passport , and how much time it will take if we apply for our Parents PR ?

Thanks and Regards
N

All checks are complete if you have recd PPR.
You need to stay for minimum 3 years of the preceding 4 years to be eligible for citizenship. this will soon become 4 years of the preceding 6 years.
you can apply for multi entry tourist visa for parents which allows them 6 months stay at a stretch and validity for 10 years. After a years stay in canada and provided you earn enough to take responsibility of parents, you can apply for super visa which allows for 2 years stay at a stretch for parents.
