Happy to announce that I checked my ECAS 10 minutes ago and it shows Decision Made ;D :D :D :D :D :D

Phew! it was an anxious wait and test of patience. I may have won a battle but many more battles and eventual war has to be won :).. I always believed that getting a PR is only half the job done.. the other half, settling down in Canada, finding a good job etc. is equally challenging... Looking forward to that now... bring it on! ;)

I wish each and every applicant here best of luck. Hope all pending cases receive visa soon... :)... Hang on tight guys, I'm sure everyone will get their visa very very soon...

Thanks a lot to Ashif for starting this wonderful forum... hope to meet you one day in Canada. There are so many "rockstars" here that it would be gross injustice to name a select few only. Therefore, I thank each and every forum member for helping each other out and for making this a vibrant ,happening and highly informative place... This journey wouldn't have been possible without this forum.

Waiting for my PPR mail and will start my landing planning in parallel... Once again, thank you all... I will be around to help and share my 2 cents as always... :)

Cheers!

Congrats and +1 to you !!

For people like us still waiting for MR, it is full battle won...Though I understand what you meant by half battle won. Don't worry. You will definitely do well in Canada..

Check With 13953 page, time line of rap_deltario, he got MR just after 8 days of file transfer.

It must be 8 days after 2nd line. He must have mentioned 2nd line update under AOR. NDVO does not issue AOR...

Hi People,

Need some inputs on the below. I Have received PPR request and plan to travel in the summer

My spouse has completed her BCOM + MBA Finance masters from MUMBAI, INDIA. Now is it necessary for me to get her credentials evaluated for her to get a job. I know its recommended but I am confused on the type of evaluation that will be needed. Can I proceed with the same FSW evaluation by WES. Suggestions will be appreciated

regards

Ndvo plzzzzz start MR rain too.... Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Get the regular evaluation done, not FSW. You can carry attested university docs from India to Canada and submit the docs locally in Canada to WES.

Friends,

I understand primary applicant must visit first within a year, should dependent applicants also visit within a year or can they visit after a year?

All of you have to land in Canada before your visa expires, which is, 1 year from the date of medical exam or till one of your passport expires (if the expiry date is within the next 12 months), whichever is earlier.

Hi everyone.

I am new to this forum. Is anyone planning to land in Toronto in September? I will be landing without my family at first and I don't have any friends or relatives in Toronto. So it will be of great help if I have some contacts.

Dear Friends,

I have recently seen in my online status that my current address i.e. "Your current home address" is been updated.
However, this address was my temporary address.
I have two questions
1) Will NDVO do the verification check at this address. And is there any harm, if I no longer stay at that address?
2) How to change that address?

I had received my MR 1 month before.

Thanks for your help

You can change address on online status page. NDVO never checks address.

Hi All,

I have submitted my passport to VFS and am waiting for the COPR.

I want to remove my consultant's access to my profile, and update CIC with my mailing address and email id. How can i do that?

Please help.

Thanks.
