Forward your PPR email to Visa office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia requesting them to perform visa stamping at their premises.

Thanks for the reply Diplomat. I have already done that last Friday and haven't received any reply yet. I was wondering if I should also contact ndvo about the same?

Yes, it won't hurt having NDVO in the know about your request since the clock for PP submission is ticking. Have a back-up plan in case they don't entertain it though (sometimes it's the case).

Dear Papillon,

I don't think that you should invest your time and money into legal action against CIC. It's a very time-consuming process that doesn't guarantee a positive outcome especially on basis of cap injustice, which will be easily defeated in court when CIC presents their record from the registry with all lock-in dates and application numbers per NOC. Try Australia. EE is not an option without PNP/LMIA.

thnx brov for prompt reply.
u r quite right but its 'procedural unfairness'..

lets seek some legal advice from canada.
not giving up so quickly. :)

This forum belongs to a lawyer. Arrange for a Skype appointment and have him comment on your case from a legal standpoint.

PS. Procedural fairness (Any application submitted in the prescribed manner must be assessed against the Canadian program criteria and, if the person meets the criteria, they must be issued a visa.) applies to cases that were actually put into assessment against MI AR at Sydney stage. Your - wasn't, so I don't see how it refers to your issue, but once again, I am not a barrister.

Any Saudi based applicant from New DElhi Visa office?

I received my PPR from NDVO but the problem is I can't courier the passports to India or get them back.

Does NDVO allow us to get our stamping done in Saudi Arabia or in UAE?

Any suggestions/ recommendations will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Congrats friends for third line and 4th line to Tango. Does not look like they have been working over the week end. All status changes were more of batch job pending from week days. Let us hope to see the typhoon of MR/DM/PPRs starting tomorrow for NDVO as it is again a truncated week due to holi.

GSW, bro, thanks so much, love you for the support you all have given throughout, i wish to see you cheering for your own DM and PPR soon :)

God bless

These are the latest figures referring to Security assessment TAT:

Inland applicants have the longest processing times, since these cases are handled by CSIS directly, while overseas files are scrutinized by local CIC station (unless a special request is submitted to CSIS liaison in complicated cases). Keep in mind that these TAT are outdated by 5 years but it is the best we have.

Thanks manish, Jaxon, vind, CanOl! +1 to everybody I could :), will give you the others +1 soon!

Although you will never see what's the status of Security assessment in the GCMS file pursuant to section(s) 15(1) International affairs and defence of the Access to Information Act, here's what takes place behind the scenes.

+1 to congratulate you on your 3rd line update Idefix. I am sure my prognosis for a March PPR in your case will come true.

Can any one suggest

I have applied for under FSW 2014, NOC : 2241 . Unfortunately my application was returned because of incomplete Economic Classes(IMM008-Schedule 3) form . I want to know, can I resubmit my same application with same UCI under FSW 2014 or I have to submit my new application under express entry.
