It actually says - complete or provide proof of completion. On that note, VO gets the update from RMO not from the applicant, so it's completely voluntary to send Patient Information form.

Hi Diplo,

Interesting!!...Thanks for correcting me...+1 :)

Hi Dawn_Canada,

Pls be guided by Diplo's advice above....however I'd recommend u do send ur Medical receipts to VO for ur peace of mind..:)

Dear Experts,

I received the request to submit the following to NDVO by 7th March 2015 :

1. Indian PCC for me and my wife.
2. Swiss PCC for me and my wife.
3. Medicals
4. Affidavit for no date of birth.
5. Payment Fees for Permanent Residence.

I have the following things done and planning to send them to NDVO soon before the deadline 7th March 2015:

1. Indian PCC for me and my wife - Completed
2. Swiss PCC for me and my wife : I applied for it but haven't received it yet
3. Medicals - Completed.
4. Affidavit for no date of birth - Completed.
5. Payment Fees for Permanent Residence - Completed and Paid online.

Please suggest me if I can send the remaining documents to NDVO without Swiss PCC and will that be a problem for my application decision ??

I will submit the PCC for Switzerland as soon as I receive it.

Many thanks for your kind response !!

Best Regards

It should not affect decision. You ask for extention for Swiss PCC. Generally such things are granted.

You can submit rest of the documents and ask of extension for Swiss PCC, in case you feel it will get delayed

Yes...

Suggest u raise a CSE with NDVO requesting an extension of the timeline for submitting Swiss PCC only...Provide them the proof that u applied for Swiss PCC....

Chances are that they may not reply in time....So when u send all the other documents, also include a Cover Letter stating the same thing as in ur CSE...informing them that you have applied for the Swiss PCC (enclose proof), are waiting for it and will send it as soon as u receive...

Don't worry NDVO gives ample time to applicants for PCC deadline extension..Many ppl have got it for US PCC Submission...

Link to raise CSE->

Hi everyone!

I received an e-mail from visaoffice in which they ask me about some documents like police certificate, copy of passports and proof of funds, medical exam request and payment.

Should I send them an email with attachment or should I send them actual documents? I can't find any instructions what to do.

One more question: they gave me 30 days but my medical appoints is on 29th day would it be a problem? If they want actual papers when should I send the papers?

Thanks for the help.

Regards,
Pavel

A very important question for the experts here in this forum.

I have applied for FSW and was earlier planning to land in Toronto but now I am getting a job opportunity in Montreal and was wondering if there are any issues with doing so since Montreal is part of Quebec.

I have seen other forums which state that there is no problem but still want to verify.

Thank you for all the assistance.
