Hello Friends,

I am 14th May, 2174 applicant. I got my third line update in ECAS on 19th Nov.

We see June/July applicants are now getting DM/PPR and many of the May applicants are still left. Out of frustration, I am checking my ECAS/Email like every one hour but no luck till now :/

I have one doubt. Post the third line update, are there only security/criminal checks? or there can be some background checks from the employer too? On my job skill letter, i had mentioned my manager's phone number and that number is no more active now since he has relocated to some other country. Can this be the reason of delay?

Full timeline below:

Application Received: May 14th
PER: Aug 21
MR/RPRF/PCC: Nov 4
Medicals done: Nov 9
Third line update: Nov 19
DM/PPR: Waiting desperately

It is possible they are still checking anything about your application even after medicals.

If you are worried you could raise a CSE giving your manager's new contact info or if that is unavailable then explain why and offer an alternate person to contact if possible.

But if they have a problem with verification they will at least ask you about it before taking further action. It's probably not a problem.

Appeared for medicals today along with my wife and baby daughter. Whole process lasted just over 2 hours.

I have also received the CIIP upcoming schedule, I received invitation for this along with my IME/RPRF/PCC request. So sharing this as FYI :

• Bangladesh: March 24th - 27th

• Delhi: March 31st - 2nd April

• Delhi: April 8th – 10th

• Chandigarh: April 14th - 16th

• Bangalore: April 21st - 24th

• Ahmedabad: April 28th - 30th

• Delhi: April 29th - 1st May

What is the general trend for sending PPR Letter by filling the information by hand(with blue/black pen) or prepare an excel sheet of information of an image attached...

Does the doctor give any thing in return after MR (receipt etc) when the doctor is enlisted in e-submission? (I know doctor will submit report to VO by himself).

I mean, do I need to submit any document to VO after MR?

Hello Dears,

I am 14th May applicant NOC 2174, and my file was transferred to CPC-Ottawa(as Cairo visa office is not functioning) on Aug 28 and nothing since then.
my Ecas has one line only stating that file was received on the 14th of May

do u have any idea if CPC-Ottawa started processing any files or not and if yes why are they that late on me?
is the processing related to the occupation?
is it possible that as my file should have been processed in cairo and instead it will be processed in CPC-Ottawa they are delaying it till they finish processing CPC-Ottawa applications

There r many many applicants with ur similar issue (Cairo/Ottawa VO)....I suggest u contact them via Pvt. Msg. to know more since they may not be checking this thread regularly...They'd be in a better position to guide u...

Yes the E-medical center will give u an acknowledgment form with ur photo (indicating Medicals completed)..Also u will get invoices/bills for Medical Tests completed...

Ur supposed to submit these to the VO irres of the doctor submitting e-medical results directly or not..Remember the letter asks u to provide proof of medicals completed...

It actually says - complete or provide proof of completion. On that note, VO gets the update from RMO not from the applicant, so it's completely voluntary to send Patient Information form.

Any NOC 1111 applicant who has applied in the month of August 2014?

I've received my PER on 15th Decmber 2014 and still waiting for the second line update.

Don't know, what they are doing for such a long time.
