i have sent my passports to NDVO through DHL courier. But now dont know how i will get them back.

Just carry it along with you. They will take care fo the envelope and other stuff.

Another thing ..... do we need to take passport and other documents to VFS loose or get it packed in an envelop???

i am coming back in a month so bit worried about PR card. Can I give my hotel address while applying for PR card on airport and later change it to my frnds address who can courier me to India.

Why don't you straightaway give your friend's address. PR would be dispatched after 3 months.

Just out of curiosity, if you are fine with sharing, which Hotel are you planning to stay.

That's incorrect, PR card is processed in 23 calendar days for new residents.

Well logically, NDVO applicants have been transferred to Warsaw for quicker processing as NDVO has piled up huge backlog.
Not sure by how much as we are yet to see people reporting but for certain its in your best interest and will be quicker than NDVO.
