Any June/July applicant who sent PCC with MR//RPRF and received PPR/DM? So is it confirmed now that people who had sent PCC with application are getting PPR?

Why not? He didn't mention his VO.

His VO is NDVO and noc is 2172. He must have submitted his PCC along with the application and hence Security checks would have been initiated once the processing of file began along with background checks. Resulting in a quicker DM and PPR after medicals.

I'm 18June Applicant at NDVO... I submitted my PCC along with initial application but still no DM/PPR....I don't think your analysis is right....NDVO is not working in any order....Behaving like a Desi organization.... Why can't they respect and give DM/PPR as per application submission date....I'm very upset with NDVO... But need to have faith and loads of patience to sail thru the Canadian Visa Process.... God will help us!!!

I submitted my PCC with Initial Application but still no DM/PPR....

The queue is jumped only by july applicants who have subbmited pcc along with application. NO ONE can understand the working methods followed by NDVO.

I dont know how to express my feelings after 6 months of my MR i got this.....Thank you very much God.....

Thank you very much all your supports.......I cannot believe my eyes ...so much happy....i suppossed to raise ATIP...but before that i got this....

one question may be silly...Decision Made means +ve Answer only na.....In Ecas they mentioned as "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." Thats the reason, i asked this question

Here is something strange that has happened on my e-CAS. I was able to login since the issuance of PER using my full name in the Surname/Family Name field.
It looked strange that I was unable to access the tool since this morning using the same details that I used to key in to check the status.
[size=10pt]After multiple trials, I have found that now the tool requires only my firstname in the surname field which is quite weird. Why would that change now? Is this common among many others using the tool?[/size]
Anyways, with the changed credentials and by God's Blessings, I now see a second line update on my file.
Here are my timelines:
App Received Date: 20-Aug-2014
PER Received Date: 09-Dec-2014
Second line added: 25-Feb-2014
Started Processing: 17-Feb-2014
[size=10pt]Anybody experiencing issues on eCAS tool after your PER, try the multiple combinations of your name on the surname/family name field. Atleast that did the trick for me.[/size]

This is really very strange.
I had my UCI number since last week. But despite of trying several combinations my ECAS is still not live. Don't know what is the reason.
