Hi

I received mine and my families' Temporary visa and COPR, we are in USA , want to know what are the next steps , do I have to schedule an appointment to get Permanent resident visa in Canada or just crossing the border is good enough.

I am not moving Canada permanently right now.

You can complete your landing at Canadian border.

Thank you for quick reply.

What is 2nd line update and how to check status? Anything mark as green is complete? What is the "withdraw"?

Sorry to fire so many questions but I will appreciate if you can provide an answer.

Hi,

You can check your status by using ur UCI # thru this link: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas

After your file reaches local Visa office and Visa officer starts working on ur file, your Ecas will show as "Started processing" which in my case was 78 days from PER.So have patience and things will just be fine!:)
God Bless

Dear,

Senior please respond......

Recently I have changed my Job.

I got PER from LVO.

Should I inform LVO regarding the change of employer ?
If yes then which documents should I submit ? (Joining Letter & Reference letter only or I need to submit the forms also?)

I have 2 applications being processed for me with different NOCs.

Received PER for both on same day .(timeline as mentioned in my profile).

At which point I need to withdraw one ?
is there any remote possibility to get the refund of processing fee?

Once you receive your PER there is no chance of refund on processing fees.

Yes you have to.

For documents to send just mention in CSE that "Please let me know if any document is required from my side for new employer." Just don't submit documents on your own.

Yes. No fasting required. Just report at the helpdesk. They ll handover a form and assign a doctor to you.

Then just follow the instructions. Long waiting time between tests though.
First, chest x-ray, then physical examination, followed by blood and urine sample collection. Done.

Goodluck. :)

Having a meal or breakfast can increase sugar level in your body. So, I would say drink water (a liter or 2) before M.E incase if you eat something or just drink some water incase if you don't eat.

thanks both of you ;D

Thanks Goku.
What is CSE ? Is it in the form of e-mail or physical letter ?
I have appointed agent & all communication with LVO was done by him only/

Should I submit appointment letter ? or just write as you mentioned.....

Seniors,

Please guide.

I received PER email today. What is the next step?

Regards,
wait patiently for further communication from your VO

Hey bud,

1) Yes you can pay by your DC.
2) Because the DD is payable in New Delhi it has to be in local currency. The bank can't/won't issue you a DD in any other currency but INR.

No way to get refund bro. So rather let both apps continue. Once you get mr/ rprf for one app, then you can withdraw the 2nd app.
