CSE = Case Specific Enquiry.
It's a web form each visa office has. Below is the one for London VO.

Agent is the designated individual, you still have all rights to communicate with you VO being the primary applicant. However as you have an agent, it would be wise to also consult with him on the matter..

CSE is Case Specific Enquiry......... it is raised from the same portal where u check ur app status. Either u or ur consultant (as he has all the info required to access the portal) can do so.

My suggestion, draft CSE with ur consultant and then raise it yourself.

After your file reaches local Visa office and Visa officer starts working on ur file, your Ecas will show as "Started processing" which in my case was 78 days from PER.So have patience and things will just be fine!:)

1. You can use debit card supporting visa/mastercard for making online cad payment.
2. If you make DD in cad it needs to be payable in Canada in favor of the receiver general of Canada. Indian inr DD can be in favor of Canadian high commission payable in Delhi.

Not necessary, in his case, as he is a December applicant, It could also be Warsaw or Colombo.Many Indian applicant have got transferred to those VO's.
Luckily they will send a AOR. NDVO doesn't.
Probably he could call CIC helpdesk and get the VO details.

Guys I just need to add something in my understanding CIC gives an exemption on PCC for Saudi former residents coz Saudi gives PCC only to current legal residents & CIC is well aware of this . Its even mentioned in CIC website .See below excerpt from CIC website .

Moreover I have communicated with a person who landed in Canada via FSW 13 , He applied from UAE and had a Saudi history & mentioned it in the forms but VO asked only for PCC from UAE forget Saudi not even India. He submitted only that & went through without any issues .

I also have a Saudi history & dont have a PCC for that country ( I hve submitted PCC for UAE & India along with application) . So I did fair bit of research on this . IMHO it is the discretion of VO to ask for any additional docs required and we need to submit only what VO asks no need to be paranoid on that .


This is my observation from the extensive research I did on this sbject . Anyways currently I have my second line & is expecting MR & PCC request will update you guys if anything comes up , Thanks

I need a suggestion.My VO is NDVO,I am currently in Dubai.I am awaiting MR.

Please adv whether I can request NDVO to change my VO to Abudhabhi VO just for passport stamping.
Should I request them before MR or after MR?
Will it create any delay/complications in my file if I request a VO change?
