NOC 1212 application received by CIC 6 Oct, PER received on 15 Jan No file transfer mail received yet from NDVO or Warsaw VO.... Brothers applied after me are getting it... whats causing the delay man....?

Bro keep Patience as This is the Key. NDVO does not Send AOR or Transfer details. You will have to wait for 2nd Line Update on ECAS...

Guys this was long journey. This was started in Dec 2007. I applied in Jan 2008 and as everyone knows unfortunately in March 2012 they have terminated around 3lakh backlog applications. I was amoung them. I again tried in 2013 and got my application returned due to cap filled. I was much hopeful this time!!!
Hopeful to get PPR mail on Monday!!!!

I am 4th june applicant waiting for DM/PPR. I submitted my PCC with Meds, and not initially. [size=20pt]Is there any june applicant who submitted PCC alongwith Medicals and got DM/PPR from NDVO. Please share.[/size]

I think it does not really matter if you submit PCC with application or later with MR. PCC is relevant for Security Check. CIC / VO will not do Security Check at the time of PER or before Meds. Also, they will have a fees component linked to the effort...so I think RPRF fees goes towards Security Check cost that they incur. Only after they receive RPRF will they start Security check.

That means you will almost there and will receive passport receive within 2-3 Days.

friend, please mention medical request - Medical submitted and visa office

this indicates they have taken a decision on your file. this is a positive news in case if you see 4 line

medical received
decision made

Now they will ask for your PPR request depends on the workload of visa clerk and program assistant. then you will have to submit your passport in VFS or courier them to visa office

I would also encourage you to update your details in excel sheet. There are lot of people here waiting for the decision made message and your update would help all of us to understand which specific date is Visa officers are currently working

The exact words about my application status

We received your application for permanent residence on May 26, 2014.

We started processing your application on October 31, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


Medical results were received by them on first week of December.

Hope this is the information you wanted.

Thanks for the reply. But, then there got to be some advantage if PCC is sent along with medicals. There must be some process that can be immediately kick started post receiving PCC. CIC also recommends to send PCC with the application pkg itself

i made online payment of RPRF on 27jan'15.
the receipts reached NDVO on 14feb'15.

Also what does RPRF received mean in ss???

we are in same boat wait for PPR mail, average time is 2-4 months but as per current scenario it's came any time.
for RPRF details mention your payment date.

PCC comes only during the criminality check. A visa officer search your details ( I posted this some time earlier today - how these checks are done) and only if there is a red flag, an detail check will be initiated by CSIS which is time consuming . I cross checked this with a ex visa officer . Only thing is a Security and criminality should be done by a senior CBO.

so they complete very quickly for people whose name or photograph does not resembles with red flag list. your file likely sitting on a visa officers desk and he may grab it first thing in the morning.

Hi ,

have 2 queries

We applied in Nov and received per on 4th feb

1. My spouse had applied for H1B usa in 2008 and was rejected in lottery. However we did not add this information while submiiting our app. Should we inform the VO about this? please note there is no file number or receipt number since the app was rejected during initial stage itself
2. My company has nominated me for H1b this year. The lottery would be in April we guess. So how soon should we be informing the VO about this ?

Note: VO is NDVO, though we havn't received any confirmation on this. Some NDVO applications got transferred to Warsaw and Colombo recently.
My spouse is the primary applicant.
