The office will contact you concerning this decision. App date- 20.08.2014,cc date- 20.11.2014,PER date 31.12.2014
I Claimed Points as Age-12,Edu 19,IELTS-21 Experience 15 But VO Given me 2 Marks Less in Exp so it reduced to 65.
He mentioned==" You have obtained insufficient points to qualify for PR ,the minimum reqt being 67,As per Checklist you were asked to provide reference letter from all your employers for the past 10years listing your main responsibilities and duties. You have not provided such letter from your current employer. ABC. I am not satisfied that u performed duties of a 2232 as set out in NOC. Therefore i don't awarded points.”
My query-
1. Can i have still a chance for reconsideration, if now i show him my Job responsibilities..
2. Under which act i can appeal if any one know plz help me..
3. What should i do to protect my case as in PER email they have already scored me 67 Points but now they are not keeping their words.CIC giving marks and NDVO deducting marks.
4. Some one if can help me by providing any data. .that they can reconsider my Job Duties if i submit to them. As somewhere I had learnt that they give 30days time to justify....

Please help me....

Hi All,

Many Many Congrats for people who got MR,DM,PPR.

I have one query. Please support

I got PER around 60 days back and also waiting for 2nd line update.
Please tell how I can update to VO about my Employer change ?

Means through Online as well as Hard Copy .

My Consultant refuses to send any update as he told to wait till MR but I can't wait.

Like Everybody, I want to see all lines as soon as possible on my ECAS.

Please support as I am preparing to send on Monday or Tuesday.

1) I had mentioned that I lived in 5 different cities in one Indian State but I submitted my PCC from Police station where my permanent residence is. Is it ok?

2) My PCC states my passport no but does not mention that it is from my 18th birthday till date. Is it ok?

Don't worry dear, i have submitted same PCC which was issued by local police station.

Generally staying in multiple cities is not an issue for CIC / VO as PCC is for the whole country.

#2 it should be ok and i dont feel its an issue. I possible can you upload a copy of the PCC image so any of the senior members can advise if there is an issue.

There is a information sharing treaty between US and Canada and this indicated in GCMS notes as information sharing . Both biographic and biometric information are shared . So they will definitely come to know your rejection . I hope they don't consider it as misrepresentation. I don't think sending an updated background form is not good as your application must have already crossed final stage. Please request gcsm note. TBut don't worry i remember one guy was reporting here that he was contacted on the phone and explanation.

I disagree. I think the poster should be proactive and send an updated form and explain that it was an honest mistake and give complete details. There have been posters who corrected this question later on and they were fine. You don't want to take the chance that they suspect misrepresentation. The VO could always call the applicant for an explanation, but they aren't required to do so! It's up to the applicant to provide completely accurate information and not leave anything to chance.

" A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

I think I am the First June applicant to receive a Decision Made Status
