Application received 13 November by CIC

I received an email today from CIC requesting for my PO Box number. The email also has a UCI number however no CC charged.

What does that mean, is my application being processed or returned?

Today my application status was updated with below message.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I have submitted my medical last month and was waiting for my passport request. To my surprise I my status was update with above line and no passport request till now. What does this mean?

Note: I am already living in Canada under work permit.

Got PER mail on 23 Jan 2015..
Wat happens next?..
and by when does CIC send my application to the Local VISA office normally?..

Colombo Visa Office was fast earlier...
But, have become very slow these days...

average days between PER to MR is 33 days for CMB VO,
but there are few applicants waiting more than 75 days from PER date for MR...yet to receive MR

on top of this...there are few applicants' files transferred from NDVO to CMBVO....reason given is to speedup the process....!!!!!

Hey Guys,

I posted this question before but I didn't really get an answer.

What does it mean by my file is still at CIO. I was told that transfer began on January 30th, 2015 previously but was told currently that it's still with CIO. Does it mean that it was already transferred to Ottawa but hasn't been looked at yet, therefore it's showing as with CIO? Or is it really at CIO? It doesn't make sense to me that files transferred outside the country is quicker.

Application sent date: 14/08/14
Application received date: 20/08/14
PER: 09/12/14
AOR: 16/01/15
2nd line not updated yet. No MR/RPRF/PPR.

JOB 1: (01/06/2011-02/08/2014) 3+years (Employer: Owner Company)
JOB 2: (02/08/2014-till date) (Owner appointed contractor for operation & maintenance, moved under contractor. Current Employer: Contractor)

JOB1 & JOB2 different designation, working on same project, same site, almost similar job description.

When I applied for FSWP 2014, in the forms I only mentioned my 1st Job for which I claimed points for. I did not mention the current job because during submission of my application it was not possible for me to get any reference letter from my new company as I only worked for 12 days when I sent my application. Can that be a reason for rejection? My current job responsibility is almost similar to the previous one except the salary is little higher.

I have not yet informed CIC regarding my current employer. What should I Do now? Is it too late?

Also Is it necessary to inform any information regarding part time job? Along with my full time job I did some part time work under different NOC previously? is it required to inform CIC regarding that? To avoid unnecessary hassle I also skipped that information in my form.
