I have got mY PCC on first week of January, should i send it to Warsaw, or just send a scanned copy of it via CSE to WVO,

or wait for their PCC request

Please see my time line

I am worried that six months may pass before i receive PCC request from WVO

PCC issue is a tedious process in my city

My partial original PCC upto March 2012 was attached with the application

Were you updating your file info or were asking a question?
If the questions as per guidelines were generic, VO may skip replying back.

Just ask a question about file status

Thanks. I have only to pay RPRF and receive COPR (unless HKVO asks me for something else), but I've been waiting for it forever.

Just another few days I guess. They can't be so mean to you !!!

You have been helping the forum for a long time.

Here's what London Visa Office Says
"The fees for permanent residence application must be paid using a Bank Draft / Bank Cheque in Canadian dollars, made payable to “Receiver General for Canada”.

So your consultant is right and you are safe.

You actually have two options.

First, if you feel that NDVO is going very slow on your application (actually NDVO is one of the faster VOs, so this does not help you) you can ask them to change your visa office to CPC-O. Depending on the status of your application this may take up to 2 months to transfer the file. You would need to prove you have a visa to stay for at least one year in the future if you are staying in a country not your home country for this.

Second, let NDVO process your application and approve your visa. When they send you PPR, tell them that you would like to print your visa in Canada.

Unless you see a big disadvantage in NDVO evaluating your application I suggest you wait for PPR. Once you get this you can request stamping to be done in Canada. You would delay the process by a month at most, but other than traveling to India you have no option. (Please, please, please, please don't even dare to send your Indian passport by mail to India. If they catch you, they would revoke it for a period of 3 to 5 years. Forget about Canada then.)

This may not be applicable to you, but to others: There is no requirement that PR visa stamping happen in the same country i.e. you could stamp your visa in one country and your family/dependents can do it in another country. This is not a problem, though it delays the process a bit.

Just need a clarification....
I am working in Muscat. My VO is London, which is common to all FSW applicants of Gulf Countries (I believe Abudhabi VO is applicable only for tourist /temporary visa etc.).. In that situation, I shall send my Indian Passport by courier/registered post to London VO for visa stamping, while staying in Muscat. Is it correct way or some other way to get passports stamped?

hy all:

London visa office issued photo requests to so many applicants and asked to submit photos again.

what does it mean?

can anyone speculate or have information regarding this matter?

can anyone speculate from his/her GCMS notes that at which stage this happened?

kindly comment all

thnx

Just submit recent photos again without thinking too much about this...

Hi People,

Please confirm if we can pay RPRF online or it has to be paid via draft only ?

Can I do medicals on my present passport and send my new passport at PPR stage

or shall i renew it now and do medicals

better to do the passport renewal and send the renewed passport copy along with MR and RPRF docs.

Dears,
I've contacted the CIO for the 3rd time to make sure to which visa office my application has been transferred. On the previous calls , they told me that my application had been transferred to Cairo Visa Office which , as far as I know , is supposed to be not working and the applications would be alternatively transferred to CPC-Ottawa. So, it would be strange that my application will be processed in Cairo Visa Office. Today, I called them and explained all these circumstances and I have been told that my application is still in transit in the CIO !! . Then , I asked where it would be transferred and again they insisted that they don't know but it's supposed to be Cairo Visa Office as per the application. I got my PER email nearly a month ago, Is it normal that my application is still in transit although some fellows whose PER emails were received later were told that their application were transferred to CPC-Ottawa ? Is there a relation between the NOC and the date when the application will be transferred ?
My Noc : 3112
Thanks in advance!
Regards!
