One of the member of whats app group, reported that one of his friend whom he met in CIIP session, has reported PPR today.....

He is 7th May applicant

Wanted to share with you all...It may give some ray of hope to all of us ;D ;D ;D....And may be tomorrow few of us may receive DMs/PPRs ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D....

That's great news... Atleast we can be sure that NDVO has not gone into hibernation mode...

It is really shocking.. I was expecting a quick processing when I got an AOR from WVO. but this 24 to 34 months thing will ruin us.. All my planning, expectations will be in jeopardy. ??? :'(

This assumption is very pessimistic and wrong. From the same site, check average processing times for NDVO. It should be more or less the same.

WVO should be at least of the same speed than NDVO - up to 12 months.

They may dedicate more resources to EE, but they are holding ITAs so far - probably to advance FSW applications faster.

just received my MR, PCC, RPRF from NDVO after a long wait!

I see that there was a long time diff between processing started at VO & MR request, was it beach ise of any verification?
Was a verification done at your employer or at residence?

I have to send passport bio pages to NDVO should it be attested?

Also the first and last page can be on the same side or separate sheet

Do not attest.
It was mentioned in the rules while submitting documents that do not print on the back side. So following the same logic use separate pages.

you will be given time to complete your medication and to get your medical done again. once you are cured.. you are good to go.. cheers !

Don't worry. Just remember to take cough syrup before the test.

People do cough when they're affected by TB, however having cough doesn't mean that you've TB.

Check out TB symptoms here, unless you've multiple of these symptoms you shouldn't be worried:

In general, Canadian govt gives time to for disease which can cured. In cases such as HIV infection, people cannot be cured so it would result in outright rejection.

Hello All: Need Urgent help pls..

At the time of filing, I had mentioned my 2 dependents (Spouse & child) as"Non-Accompanying" - selected that option in the Generic Application form & only paid $550 initially, however now I need to make them as "Accompanying Dependents. We have already completed Medicals for all 3 of us and have had the 3rd line updated as well. For now, FBI PCC is the only piece pending which will take another couple of months.

I read it somewhere that if the application is before "Decision Made" stage, Dependents can be added, not sure if I can make them accompanying at this stage. If Yes, can someone pls guide me in the right direction and the steps involved as part of it. Thanks!

Yes you can. Send a CSE to your VO and they will instruct you what to do.

Has anybody noticed, the processing times of VO is increased.
The processing time for CVO is increased from 12 to 14 months, NDVO from 22 to 24 months and WVO from 22 to 34 months.
Ironical that CIC have transferred our files to WVO for faster processing :'(

Almost all of them have increased, despite their stated desire to process faster.
