Applied Federal Skilled Worker Cat 0112 in early Dec 2014
Application received by them on 10 Dec 2014 (confirmed by Fedex)
No news has been received so far....
i called call center this morning and the agent told me they have sent me a mail by post on 20 Jan 2015, however I have not received yet.. i'm afraid that the letter have been lost....
the agent only told me my UCI, but she did not tell me what is that letter about....
What should I do now??
if they assigned me an UCI no, does it mean that my application is being accepted??
Does anyone has any idea that what is that letter about??
Many many many thanks!!!!

Its been 4 months since medicals :'(
Logically thinking, every information available recently on CIC website is for the new process EE.sarkar13 said:Has anybody noticed, the processing times of VO is increased.
The processing time for CVO is increased from 12 to 14 months, NDVO from 22 to 24 months and WVO from 22 to 34 months.
Ironical that CIC have transferred our files to WVO for faster processing :'(

I strongly recommend attending CIIP inspite of the fact that the information shared in the session may be obvious.
The reason for that is simple - CIIP is the platform to help you settle well. One they connect you directly with their counterparts (CIIP officers) in several other Canadian organizations, who exclusively work to assist CIIP candidates. The response will be faster since CIIP puts you in direct touch with the right people. Secondly, if you face any issues, have queries, etc you can contact your CIIP officer.
Of course pay attention to what is shared on the program, but the preparations after that is going to be more important. Given the info. available on internet today most of the stuff might be obvious, but make a note of any new or additional points you come across. All the best.

Sridhar

I strongly recommend you to apply for GCMS notes.
