Wanted to check on GCMS Notes

I got a reply from GCMS Notes that that medicals is pending .Criminality check is cleared but medicals is pending


My third line in ECAS is still not updated...
Medicals Done on Nov 22 -2014 and uploaded by Hospital Authorities on November 26-2014 and also confirmed to me by a email by Hospital Authorities.
NO third line update since medicals done Nov 22-2014

Need Guidance Friends

I got my PER on 16th Nov 2014
Got MR request from NDVO on 20-Jan-2015

Now since 9-Aug-2014 I am in U.S (L1-B, Inter company Transfer).

Queries:

1. I had completed my 6 Months of Stay here in U.S on 8-Feb-2015 and had already applied for U.S Police verification with FBI which will take around 14-16 weeks to come back, Now my question is will the CIC will really ask for it , I mean what is the cut-off date they will consider i.e. the Date i received my PER / Medical request or till i don't get my PPR request.

2. My Wife is also with me and we are expecting our 2nd Baby here in U.S by 20-Mar and she did'nt undergone the x-ray and her Medical is withheld for now where as mine and my daughter's Medical is already done and send to CIC on 11-Feb, the same is not updated yet, will it get updated at ECI or it will not get updated unless my wife's Medical is also done.

3. Should I apply for PR for my 2nd baby who is likely to be an American citizen by birth as per the U.S naturalization law.

As per my understanding, the processing time for EE is just six months. So, the timelines are either for PNP or FSW or both.

Is it just 6 months? I have not bothered about how EE works so am not aware of its details but from the link I went through now on CIC, it says a profile will be in the pool for upto 12 months and if picked at any point, then the applicant gets 60 days to apply for PR

If the processing time for Warsaw is 24-34 months, I rather withdraw my application :'(

I am a New Delhi resident. If I need to send original hard copies to New Delhi Visa Office of Canadian Embassy, is it possible that I can go there personally and deliver it at the main gate, rather than going through speed post or normal post (considering it is a PO Box address) which is:

Immigration Section - Service de l'Immigration
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri PO Box 5209 New Delhi 110021

I have sent a document set via speed post on Saturday 14th Feb and till date speed post tracking shows it hasn't been delivered. Since it is a PO Box address, I was told by speed post executive that they cannot deliver at PO Box so I just striked off PO box part with one line so that it was still readable if needed. After seeing that i have striked off PO Box part they said now they'll be able to deliver. They were suggesting me to go with normal post but I didn't take that route because there would be no way I'll be able to track it.

Do you think with PO Box part striked off, but still readable, my doc will reach at the above mentioned address??

Even regular courier guys Bluedart, DTDC etc. said no to me saying PO box address they do not cater.

ALSO, IS IT OK OR DOABLE TO DELIVER DOCUMENTS AT EMBASSY MAIN GATE PHYSICALLY?

Hey Vish,

As far as I know, in EE, once u r ready with job offer, total time for rest of the process / formalities wll be six months.

But if u r thinking to withdraw ur app due to Warsaw transfer and would like to go with EE becuz of less processing time, I strongly recommand not to do that as EE is bit on difficult side compared to FSW. (very easy too...if u hv Canadian job offer).

Less chances that they will ask for PCC from FBI as you already have you MR letter. Usually the practice to ask for a PCC is needed is at this stage

I think, post all meds are received is when ECAS should update. Forumites, please advise.

3. Should I apply for PR for my 2nd baby who is likely to be an American citizen by birth as per the U.S naturalization law. While US is a visa exempt country for Canada, you still need to add her/him to you application.

Bro Talk and visit your hospital again check that your medicals are updated or not as sometimes due to server issues files can not be uploaded.
secondly take the hard copies of your medicals and send the reports by courier i suggest DTDC + as they deliver personally.

I applied through a representative (a lawyer in Canada)....so when they send me PER, will they send it ONLY to the lawyer or will they send it to me and lawyer BOTH?

I remember i filled up my email address in one of the forms and he also had mentioned his email address in the forms.
