over? and they will forward MR mail anytime.???

Hello friends,

I received my MR and RPRF submission request from NDVO on 10 Feb. PER : 25 Nov 2014.

But I have not received PCC request from them ...

What could be the reason ?

I had submitted PCC at the time of my application but that PCC has already completed its one year validity in September 2014... Means currently it is not valid ...

Many congrats Palak. Can you let us know what's the exact validity date of your visa. Since you did your meds on 15-Nov and your 3rd line updated on 3rd Dec, I would like to know if it the validity is based on 1 year from either of these two dates or some other date in between (assuming 3rd line was updated later).

I think they accept your old PPC, I also send PCC that expired in august 2014 but they accept and did not give me PPC request....best luck.....

Brother...

ur frustration is genuine..but look at the fact.

It is true that u hv waited for 4.5 months from medicals, but NDVO has started PPR schedules somewhere from mid-Dec'14. Even in FSW 2013, they started PPR from Jan'14.

So, it has nothing to do with how long u wait after medical..... till Dec-14 mid week.

Count ur tenure from the date or duration, NDVO started PPR. I think it has been 2 months for u now.

This applies to all applicants who thinks that it has been a very very long time after Medical and hv not rcvd PPR.

please count ur tenure accordingly....this wll ease our pain..!

Yes socc3rguy, I know ndvo has started only in december and can wait based on that. But the problem is that 5 out of 12 months is already finished for many of us...and notice period in companies range from 2-3 months...so in total 7 to 8 months already gone...with the remaining 4 or 5 months everything should be set, that too depends on ndvo's kindness ??? :'(. God knows on what basis they are issuing PPR...its not based on medicals received or done or criminality check...may be depends on officer who handle the file I guess.

To be safe, have money in hand or in account available to you at time of need equal or more than what you declared in your FSW application.

I know for a fact that POF have to be carried at the time of landing, if visa officer asks and you have lesser than required, you will get into a problem
