Happy to inform you guys that I got a PPR mail today from NDVO... My DM status updated in ECAS on 09-Feb-2015.

Since my wife is pregnant and expecting the child in a couple of weeks, so planning to send a cover letter explaining the situation and attach in a CSE.

Please advise how long they will take to send me the list of document to be filled for the child and how long they will take to send a medical request for child.

SSBV, what do you mean by I will be required to get cholecystectomy done before landing in Canada. Can you explain this?

I need urgent advice for my case.

Unfortunately a gallstone was detected and I had first attack of it on same day I got PER January 22, 2015. As far as I know gallstones are silent for many years and can be removed only by surgery, the second attack may take many year depends on individual. Apart from that everything is normal

I am expecting medical in 2 months. I have following queries:
1. I am having gallstone of 15 mm in Gallbladder will that cause any problem in medical?
2. Will the gallstone be identified in X-rays?
3. Can my application be rejected due to presence of gallstone?
4. Should I disclose the presence of gallstone during medical?
5. I can undergo surgery but doctor advised not to go unless there is 2nd attack. The surgery removes gallbladder and second attack may take may years if the gallstone is silent. What should I do?
6. I have already shown POF around CAD 43000 against required CAD 18297. So I can undergo surgery if situation arise in future. Will WVO consider this too?
7. My file is with WVO instead of NDVO so will they reject due to this reason?
8. Do Ahemdabad Apollo hospital update e-medical results online? Are they having this facility?
9. Can anybody undergoing medicals inquire with the doctors about this that cane the file be rejected due to gallstones?

Hi all
I received my MR and RPRF request on 24 January
and I paid my RPRF online using my friends credit card
after that the receipt I received I did not fill anything but sent it as it is without completing the blank fields of address Client ID or date of birth
Just now I realized I could have filled it by pen manually
will there be a problem or should fill in the receipt copy and send again

Dear Sarkar,

See, if the stone will not move out of itself then I am sure you will be required gallstone surgery/laproscopy/cholecystectomy. You may have intense abdominal again and anytime. The cost of surgery in India will cost you min INR 20, 000 depending upon the hospital, while in Canada the same will cost you in between 10,000 to 15, 000 CAD. You will be supposed to disclose the same in insurance during first six months of your stay in Canada. I am sure you will prefer earlier one.
By the way, which part of India you are located presently. There are some guaranteed home remedial solutions available in Delhi which can skip your surgery. Great to hear that you have already started home remedial solutions.
