FSW 2013 application-
01 October 2010 to 4th july 2013(application recieved date at CIC) - is also not 3 years (2 years 9 month)
27th November 2013 CIC send me NER- mentioning 11 points are assigned for 3 years work experience(01 october 2010 to present date)

FSW 2014 application-

its not matter of points. this time application has been returned. application did not reach the point Assessment stage.
if it reached the point assessment stage then
01 October 2010 to 17th september 2014 (application received date at CIC) is also not 4 years (3 years 11 months 15 days)
if CIC assign me even 11 points for 3 years , I have also Adaptability 10 points (my wife IELTS and 2 years of her canadian education)



Last year my application received date was 4th july 2013.
And I got NER on 27th November 2013 in which they mentioned I was assigned 11 points for my 3 years work experience (01 October 2010 to present date ).

This year my application received date was 17th September 2014.
And I got my application returned, not NER. Just to correct you that my application did not reach to point assessment stage. CIC assess the points after Fees charging which is the last step.

Step 1 - Basic Eligibility criteria (1 year full time work experience in the intended NOC occupation in last 10 years )

As this stage my FSW 2014 application is returned by considering incomplete. It is not refused. MY FSW 2013 application passed this stage.

Step 2- Minimum Eligibility Criteria (EDUCAtion must assess by authorised agency and IELTS 6 each )

At this stage my FSW 2014 application did not reach . My FSW 2013 application passed this stage.

Step 3- Point grid sytem
At this stage my FSW 2014 application did not reach. MY FSW 2013 application reached at this stage after charging my fees.

And My FSW 2013 application got refused because i Scored 61 points only.

You mean, today marks the end of the submit by date for docs on the MR letter.
If yes, then yeah, that how all our apps MR letter were.

Actually I m confused. I did read the pages last 4-5 before posting bt according to one guy it is the date Medical is issued bt I think it is according to 3rd line of update. I was hoping to get more clarity on it.

No I guess it does not sound anything. It may just mean that things are all fine in your app so far and just sit tight as they are busy clearing PPRs for May and June applicants.

Hi Guys raising CSE at warsaw VO since my file has been transferred from NDVO to WVO. I have drafted a letter, need to know if it sounds right and if there are any changes that i should make or even word it better. Do let me know....Seniors please help. Please note i m sending the exp letter dated september....i know its kinda late....but before they ask me...updataing them....will attach my notorized exp letter and pssport scans front and rear.

I wish to communicate two updates – Experience Letter and Address Pin Code Error
I wish to bring to your attention that I have quite my job at ABC which is stated as current job in the application. While filing the application I was on leave but did not resume service for personal reasons, hence my last date of service was taken into account. Attached is my experience letter for your reference. I am currently evaluating three job offers.
Address Pin Code Error
This is to bring to your attention that the area pincode 4*****4 is stated incorrectly in the PER , AOR mail and ECAS system, the correct are pincode is 4****1. The same is reflected in my application and the passport (attached to the mail).

Brother ..

Send an email to NDVO attaching scanned copies to verify whether your package is received and tagged to your application. They will respond you whether New Delhi or Poland or Colombo is your visa office .. Once you receive response from NDVO, you can be clear and work accordingly

Some people are claiming that Files of NDVO is getting transfer to Warsaw/Colombo.

Without any mail from NDVO.... I have sent courier of my PCC along with my new employer details to NDVO.

I do not know what will happen now. whether I should be happy or worried.

the first 5 people in the list already received PR last week or so. i have seen their updates about PR.

Though there has been quite a discussion around the trend of DM/PPRs from NDVO...viz based on app date or medicals date. But unfortunately there is nothing visible from the SS data.
