This was informative and thot to share.

Basically correct, but that web site has not been updated in a long time. Some of the "recent news" is from 2012.

I am happy to report that I received PER through email today just few minutes ago. Surprising that they have office on Saturday.

I may have no Valentines date lol but who cares...this is more than enough to keep me in love hehe

congrats. You'll find a Valentine in Canada.

Wondering if someone can answer my question?

If you have appointed a representative for your application are you allowed to apply for GCMS or CSE or does your representative need to do it for you?

You can do it yourself but I'd certainly be coordinating with your representative so you do not duplicate or contradict each other.

Fingers Crossed....
Another MONDAY Lets hope NDVO will issue PPRs for MAY 2014 Applicants. :P :P ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

Waiting for MR is more frustrating than waiting for PER... ??? ??? ??? ???

This is in reference to my earlier post, I copied the spread sheet to read some data in my excel sheet by applying different filters to it and said that the Visa issued since application date took a maximum of 289 days by the NDVO.

I applied the same filters again to check something else but found that there isnt one applicant with 289 days on it, so I missed something and mis-read it, APOLOGIES to the forumites, however now, it looks like most of the visas issued so far had a maximum timescale of 277 days.

Having said that, there are people who have waited for 289 days in the 'PPR section' of the spread sheet recently!
Hence it comes back to the usual unpredictable pattern of NDVO and there isnt anything like they MIGHT be working on an application for a maximum of 289 days only.

Pregnancy and MR

Dears, My wife got pregnant and we are now waiting for the MR request, I just want to know if she will be able to perform the medicals (if the MR request is well received, hopefully). In case she won't be allowed to do the X-Rays, what will be the steps then?

appreciate your prompt feedback.

Regards,
Ahmed

Congrats on the baby

Your wife could do the x-ray with a shield protecting her belly. If she doesn't want to (understandable), she can wait until the baby is born and do MR after that.

You need to inform the VO of the pregnancy and they will instruct you on adding the baby to your application.

Any idea in what stage of process inquiry about employment being perform... before PER or between PER to MR or may be at last between MR to PPR..?

You mean verification? It's after the file is transferred to local VO (after PER) and usually before MR.

???????????????????????????????????

It means they are asking for updated forms. Just fill out the forms again and send them in according to their instructions.

What is the next status after "Medical results have been received" on CIC Website
How many days will it take to get to next status (PPR) for New Delhi VO

Thanks,
Maverick
