[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]Hi seniors, your suggestion will be appreciated.

My VO is LVO and my application was received on June 7, I received PER in October 15th and there has been no MR nor PCC. I contacted LVO in November 2014 and I got a generic reply from client service unit (CKB) that my application is either awaiting review or currently under review and I'll hear from them if further information is required, but advising that communication should be kept to a minimum.

It's been exactly 4 months since PER and no MR or PCC, do you think it is okay to contact LVO at this time to request a status update of my application?

Dear ashif_eee / other seniors
First of all Congratulation for PPR

I have an question, I have submitted 2 applications (CPC-Ottawa).I have got PER for both of them. as the first one has passed all steps up to MR, CPC withdraw the second application automatically without any notice,. I understood that clearly that but what about the fees. It will be refunded or not?

Does the introduction of EE is the end of the dream of FSW2014 ?

as you may know the processing times has been increased and updated this month .

the current number of months for FSW application to be completed is

NDVO 24 months

bucharest(my case) 18 months .

so does this mean we should expect a 2 years processing time for our application ? what does those numbers refer too ?

for example bucharest office used to be 13 months and now its 18 months !!!!

thanks for your participation

Naughty CPC-O has recalled their initial email then sent an amended letter like below for my Spouse's Application withdrawal request...:P :D:

Recalled Letter:

"Dear client,

This is regarding your application for Permanent Residency in Canada with CPC-O.

Please note that this application will be withdrawn and we will start the process of refunding."

Final Letter:

"Dear client,

We will withdrawn your application but we cannot refund the processing fees.
The only fees that can be refund are the Right of Permanent Residence Fess (RPRF). The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa. In your case the refund of RPRF does not apply as you did not paid this fees."

I guess u are clear now.... ;) ;) :P :P :'( :'( :-X :-X >:( >:(

Relaxx....that means avg time of all PR applications..means Family Class, etc etc..plus over the years from 2010..means incl 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014..now an applicant from 2010- if his application is still pending it means almost 5 years have passed..then the average for that VO will be dragged upwards automatically... ;D

Compared to previous years FSW'14 is progressing at a much faster rate...let's just focus on the trend as visible from our fellow applicants through the spreadsheet....:)

Its a bit long...Apply for GCMS Notes...CSE may only get u a generic reply similar to the previous one....

You will get GCMS Notes in a month after u apply, which u can study to find out what checks they r doing on ur file, its status etc...B4 that hopefully u will get ur MR request...

It is the average time and it includes applications submitted after 2010. The increase is due to the high number of decision making on previously submitted application. infact I would say its a good sign which means they have completed quite number of previous applications.

The most importantly we should be seeing a steady flow of passport requests. the last feb 11 was really good, including fswp 2014 and fswp 2014 they requested 15 to 16 . The actual value would be really high. we have >200 May applicants and >100 June +july pending here in NDVO based our spreadsheet . again when you consider only 20% updated in spreadsheet ( I strongly believe these % are high for NDVO applications for the first three month. at least 30-45% ) we still have large number of application waiting for passport request.

They take statistics in every quarter to check the visa office efficiency and complete stats by end of this financial year (2015 March). you see occasional passport request December ( third quarter) . I am sure this is to meet the target. I see they have 8000 target for NDVO ( This includes decision made application - completed , rejected which includes all pending and current fswp 2014) this year and with the number of applications they have already made a decision, my only prayers are these numbers should not reach 8000. if they reach, then we will have to wait till next financial year to see large number of passport request - at least till April.

We have to pray hard for the incoming passport request .

Dear Seniors, I'm a 30 Oct applicant under 2172.
DD encashed on 14 jan -based on bank here- which was also late to my timeline friends
I didn't receive anything from CIC nor CIO and my eCas shows nothing.
When I called CIC, couple of times I was told that all available info about my file on their system is that my file was received on 30 Oct!!
Even no hint that it's "In process" ??!!!!
Does this mean my file has been refused??!!
I raised a CSE but they'll answer me after 30 days!!
What should I do?
Thanks in advance.

If things go well and the MR is received within the estimated time frame, so she will be on the 3rd or 4th month.
