Dear,

Now I've paid RPRF online by my friend's CC. Now plz guide how to fill the payment receipt? Especially what to write in Client ID section?

Is the mail from CIO (Centralized-Intake-Office)
Does it have reference to "positive determination of eligibility to be processed" ?
Then's its a PER.

I am happy to report that I received PER through email today just few minutes ago. Surprising that they have office on Saturday.

I may have no Valentines date lol but who cares...this is more than enough to keep me in love hehe

Wondering if someone can answer my question?

If you have appointed a representative for your application are you allowed to apply for GCMS or CSE or does your representative need to do it for you?

It was simply a response from CIC centralized office to an email enquiry about the status of my FSW application of which they have informed me that it has been sent to Rabat local office since the date I received the PER email of 08.01.2015

I do believe that only Canadian resident or PR holder or Canadian citizen or approved immigrant lawyer registered with CIC can apply for GCMS.. It is like Right to Information Act in India... You, being an individual cannot apply for it. If you have any relative/friend can apply for GCMS on your behalf with your authorisation... However, your consulant, which I believe is approved immigrant lawyer, can apply for it.. Even for CSE, I do believe your consultant can apply for it, since you have already given authoriisation to act on your behalf. Otherwise, first revoke represention (specified forms are availble) with your consultant in writing to CIC/VO and then act on yourself...

Seniors may comment further on it..
