NOC :2243 Application Recieved date- 17/09/2014 Application returned-20th November 2014 Application received in India 14/02/2015

I got my application back the reason they mentioned that Application does not meet the requirements of a complete application pursuant to Regulation(R)10 of IPRA.
All supporting documentation provided regarding this work experience history was taken in to consideration. The employment letters from CompanyXXX and YYYY do not provide sufficient evidence that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupation description of the NOC including all of essential duties

Last year FSW2013, fees was charged got NER because I scored 61/100
However that time my work experience was considered and below statement was mentioned in NER-
You were assigned 11 points for your 3 years of full time work experience or the equivalent in part time work within the 10 years prior to the date your application was made in accordance with R80 of IRPA. Points were assigned based on work experience with Company YYYY from 01 October 2010 to Present date.

I am still working with same company and I supposed to get 13 points for 4 years work experience.
I have sent same supporting documents for my work experience for same NOC last year and that time the experience was considered that is why I have re-applied again

Please senior help me I want to appeal for my case. As if the last year all my supporting documents were enough to satisfy the duties of NOC 2243 and they assigned 11 points for 3 years work experience how it can be possible that this year same documents are not able to satisfy the officer.
Same documents satisfies the officer for NOC 2243- CIC takes the fees and Next year same documents fails to satisfy the officer.

U hav a point. Send a pm to diplomatru / other seniors and take their opinion on ur future options. Good luck

*********Finally got stamped passport**********

Want to tell you guys my experience of the process.

Before completing each step i thought that wait for the next will be more relaxing. However, it is completely opposite.
Most difficulty was the four days wait from passport submitted to passport received back.......lol.........

I can only suggest to stay calm with each completing step, i know you can not.........hahaha.......

Congrats!!!

I am really sorry sorry Drajapoot.

It is difficult to face rejection twice.

Your case acceptence completely depends on the case officer. Case officers change time to time.

You should have get right reference letters (where job duties in the reference letter comply to NOC code described in Canada website).

However, I dont know about the possibilities to reopen the case.

Ask Diplomatru, Quarx and other experienced members to get Right Advice.

LOL!! Funny. Thanks for early morning laugh.

Did you separately raise a query or emailed VO to check on the status after submitting FBI PCC? I am asking because I completed medical on 3rd Oct but submitted FBI PCC on 31 st dec.

Now it has been a long time since medical. I wonder if they have realised my fbi pcc is sent and received as on 31 st Dec. Do you think I should raise a query so that it catches their attention.?

And your visa office is?

First time was rejection but this time they returned my application I do not know why? How it can be possible that same documents are enough to satisfy one officer and same documents are not able to satisfy another officer. Second time I sent the same documents because I was assigned points for my work experience last year and I thought my documents are Ok. I am working in the same company, same profile and for same NOC I applied.

How to contact Diplomatru, I need his help and suggestion please help me.
