No jubin they don't. Check their hours of operation here - http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/offices-bureaux/new_delhi.aspx?lang=eng#hours

Any updates observed over weekends are usually through some background scheduled program.

Cheers!

Yes they do...I received medical request on Saturday

Definitely, chances are there.
Hence the mail suggests VFS.
As suggested by a few other forum buddies, if VFS can work for you, it's the best way.
Remember, VFS is flexible to give you 2 options, get the PP delivered home or colled from the VFS center.

many thanx......

r there chances that PP'S can be lost when NDVO sends them back supposedly by ordinary post

Thanks Diplo.
Good to know that.

Dear rvp_deltario,
only PCC should be submitted in original. Anything elsa will be accepted in the electronic form for fastest service. GCMS is an electronic system, so they scan documents anyway.

Dear Friends,

Is it possible to pay the RPRF via debit card instead of credit card.

I don't have a credit card and it will take 7-10 days if I apply for a new credit card.

What are the other options do I have ?

Do you have travel history to country like US?

Hi Can anyone give me email address of CIC other than cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca, FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca or the link to the form where you request your queries about FSWP 14. I got an email from CIC after i mailed them that they never received my application thought i have tracking number and the person name MIKe written on it that they have received it. I have original documents in it..... Can i sue CIC for loosing my documents??? Plz any link would be appreciable as now my emails are not going through on the above email address . I have mailed them several time but dont get the automated reply that they have received my email...

while going through the status of many applicants,i felt that submitting PCC with the application itself, than along with MR,RPRF significantly decreases the timeline between MR and PPR. This may be coz the VO can conduct both background and security checks together and be ready for PPR once medicals are clear.

And in such cases we can expect PPR/DM based on the MR submission date mentioned in the mail (usually 30-45 days once u get ur medical call).

Need your thoughts on the same mates..

I agree with most part but is feel the duration is higher for NDVO.

If your NOC is in Demand and you Submit PCC early (and VO do not request additional Doc) then 45 to 75 days after Mr received line

If your NOC is NOT In Demand and you Submit PCC early (and VO do not request additional Doc) then 60 to 100 days after Mr received line

If your NOC is In Demand and you Submit PCC with MR then 90 to 120 days after Mr received line

If your NOC is NOT In Demand and you Submit PCC with MR then 4 Months (Avg) + ? No. days (Depending on case) after Mr received line

youfes,

I tried uploading a dummy word file and it let me go through till the submission.
I feel its a problem with you system or service provider.
Try a cyber cafe perhaps.

Ultimately if nothing works for you, I will be happy to access the link and submit the query for you, if you are comfortable sharing the details on PM.
All the best.

the previous screen shot appears when I try to upload any file . I remember that I experienced the same error page when I tried to submit the cse after uploading the documents. All files are within the allowed size.

Well avatar, if you think they work on Saturday then good for you. As I said earlier all such updates on a weekend are usually through a scheduled program. By the way, my 3rd line in ECAS was updated on a Sunday and I am sure it was automated rather than manual.

Anyways, I hope they do work some Saturdays as there are so many pending PPR to send out :-)

Cheers!

I have a question please...if anyone could help me?

I have called CIC two days ago and asked for my status of application received on 3rd of Nov and charged on 6th of jan, the agent said that she didn't see anything and advise me to send an inquiry to CIO-Sydney. Then I asked her for my UCI, fortunately she gave it. When checking the status it was shown and still shows In process (we received your application on 3rd of nov...), BUT at the right bottom of the page it is written the date: 04-11-2014. So it seems the page wasn't updated since then...Any ideas what is happenning and if everything is ok?

Great share.
Here is my doubt -
I was kind of caught up in a few details.

Consequently, processing times in fiscal year 2013-14 will increase as older files are finalized.
As per me that was the year before, effetively 2013 FSW.

applications to be received in 2014 are anticipated to be processed within the 12 month service standard.
This is us FSW 2014. So we assume that all backlogs are cleared and we get PPR in 12 months. However they are streching it too close to comfort to believe this.

Date Modified: 2014-10-09
Is it fair to assume that with such a recent modification, the assurance of being able to clear all backlogs for 2013-14 was completed, else they would have updated changes.

team

it answers the delay

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/service-standards/fsw.asp

Throughout fiscal year 2012-13, the Federal Skilled Worker inventory was reduced by 50% from 152,000 persons to 76,000 persons. The entire Federal Skilled Worker backlog is anticipated to be processed to completion by December 2014. Consequently, processing times in fiscal year 2013-14 will increase as older files are finalized. However as a result of the backlog reduction efforts, applications to be received in 2014 are anticipated to be processed within the 12 month service standard.
