Hey,
Is it normal for the ECAS status to disappear ? I had my UCI # from the visit visa. My application appeared IN PROCESS for a week and then disappeared.

Its been 3 weeks since I last saw my name online on CIC website....

No PER yet....

DD will be Payable to ""Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" at "New Delhi" in INR for Rs. 26,700/adult.
You cant get a New Delhi payable in foreign currency.

Remember to write you file number and UCI at back of the DD

I just spoke to my bank, they told me that DD can only be made in Rs. if it is payable at Delhi

For what amount should so I made the DD

Hi Can anyone give me email address of CIC other than cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca, FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca or the link to the form where you request your queries about FSWP 14. I got an email from CIC after i mailed them that they never received my application thought i have tracking number and the person name MIKe written on it that they have received it. I have original documents in it..... Can i sue CIC for loosing my documents??? Plz any link would be appreciable as now my emails are not going through on the above email address . I have mailed them several time but dont get the automated reply that they have received my email...

May you have not provided enough information for them to track your application. Anyways, you send them the electronic proof of delivery from your courier confirming that it has reached cic on such and such date and time and who received it. I am sure once they will see the POD from the courier compay, they will dig your application out from wherever they have buried it. Do send them the proof of delivery and ask them to find your application.

which courier have you used to send your application and from where ?

Hello All,

On a different note we have noticed that many people are asking questions wihtout even looking out for a reply from the previous post which if not replied are being posted again and again with bold letters and colors.

I would recommend them to check the answer using the search function on the top right hand corner by putting the string of the query you are looking for.
It is beneficial cause when we have a query we dont have wait for the reply we can always have a reply from the past posts.
I think by now most of the possible scenarios are posted and probably replied.
If it is specific or unique query then we would like to know about and gain info around the same and reply back which might help others.

Thanks all the best.. i know i keep motivating myself with everybody to make sure i keep waiting till the time comes which i guess is one or two more months to complete 3 months of wait after MR received or 3rd line update.

Having said above we are not running away from queries but again lil home work would enable everybody with info and add more hands to help new or people waiting for various stages.

I am around shoot the QUERIES !!!

I tried uploading a dummy word file and it let me go through till the submission.
I feel its a problem with you system or service provider.
Try a cyber cafe perhaps.

Can someone have any idea or info about inquiry or searching of employment history of applicant. How VO access applicant employment history and background check. My medical was completed on 9thfeb and RPRF is also send but till yet I have not heard from my organization about any inquiry made by NDVO. In what stage inquiry will be made by VO..?

By several methods including but not limited to Site visits, Telephon calls, Calls to colleagues, by emails or faxes, etc.

Yes you are right, if tracking number is provided and courier company details are aslo provided they will certainly go online to track from the website of the courier company to track that whether certainly the application is received at CIO and in that case they will start to search.

Guys I have received my PER on 31st Dec. After that No reply from their side till date. Not even update in Ecas status. its just showing in process.. And one line saying we recd ur file on xxxx date.

PER to MR sometimes might take upto 100-days, so be patient and wait.
