Since you have got PER i dont think there would be any rejection as such .. but it always good to bridge our gaps and convey the reason and situation why it happened in the first place.
Did you go through the reply your received by forum members.

It was suggested to rasie a CSE inform the situation and also send out the required forms along with cover letter explain what happened and how you are attempting to fix the issue.

Thank you for the relaxing reply.

As you said I will send a CSE about the matter to VO. I wish everything will be alright. It is very frustrating to get refused for such silly reason after long time of preparation and waiting.

Hi waji, the process of having a transit bank is normal.
When payment in issued in a foreign currency out of the country, either the issuing bank has their branch there(country in which payment is to be made) in which case they use their accounts to complete the conversion and pay ahead and if they dont have a branch, they will use a transit bank / intermediary back with whom thay have an arrangement (Nostro/Vostro accounts) to complete the transaction with the final beneficiary, in this case CIC.
Hope this helps.

It has been 116 days from PER and 69 days from 2 nd line update. Still no news on MR....My dreams are already getting bigger and bigger each day but this wait is causing me to panic...Many July and August applicants have received MR...Why there is a delay for me? ???

seems like NDVO is busy with PPRs. Stay calm and be patient :)

Re: Matter IMP. & URGENT- Letter for Extension of Interview Date

There is no format as such.
Raise a CSE advising the issuse and attach documents to support your claim.

Personally, I would skip the holiday but not tell VO to extend the interview date.
However if the pinch to you is high, put you point across and they should be considerate enough.

i think there is no specific format for that but honestly you should not miss out on the given interview dates .. anyway your call but all you need to is provide
Full Name
passport #
UCI
Application #
How many Dependents

Subject:

Matter

Which should suffice.. others who have been in this situation can also point out or share format if any.
Thanks all the best

Don't worry it is the samething. It is the bank's responsibility to get it cleared.

Friends,

I received MR today and I have two specific questions pertaining to the same:

1. In the MR email it is mentioned that I need to submit FBI clearance certificate for myself since I have lived in USA from 2008 to 2010 and police clearance certificate for my spouse from United Kingdom since she lived there for a year 2005-2006. MR email also says that I need to submit Police Certificate from each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18. HOW CAN I GET THIS DONE IN 45 DAYS??????? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED AND WORRIED... NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

You are not supposed to do it in 45 days, you must do it in advance. It is mentioned in the form IMM5612E "Document checklist"
"Police Certificates and Clearances

You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, we recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer."

On your PCC, you simply need to advise the VO throught a CSE that FBI clearance takes times, not sure but 10 - 12 weeks is what I gather from earlier posts. NDVO will happly oblige you with an extension.
All the best.

The current wait time is 16 weeks plus mailing.
"On September 7, 2014, CJIS installed a new IT system. As a result of this installation, we are experiencing delays in processing. Please be assured that each issue is being identified and resolved as quickly as possible, but at this time anticipated processing time for an Identity History Summary is approximately 14-16 weeks. Allow additional time for mail delivery. "

you may want to follow this thread:

Finally V.O certainly provide extensions but not superior to 60 days, you better act fast.
