Im stuck with Mexico office too, Its the 49th day for me, did you get AOR or nothing at all?
According to the S.S the average waiting time from PER to Medicals is 60 days for Mexico Visa Office.

Actually my passport request was at the same time as my medical.. However because of FBI requirement, i only sent it on the 6th.

The saddest part of the story is that I have been in at least half of those countries either because of work or pleasure. Therefore, my visa, if approved, will be ready by doom's day :'(

I think it depends on the number of visitors from these countries, those who claim refugee status and those who remain illegal. For example, my country SVG had a great relationship with Canada until October 2012, now we are required to have a visa when visiting. Immigration has found out that criminals were able to change their names and get new passports in order to enter the country, others were making up lies and requesting refugee status in order to stay, also in small Caribbean islands the government can be very corrupted and do anything to get money. It has been found out a couple of people from other countries were able to "buy" passports from my island and others in order to visit countries like Canada where a visa is not necessary.

Urgent help needed.

I misunderstood the question in background declaration form regarding earlier visa rejection by considering it only for Canada. But my US visitor visa was rejected earlier.

what I have to do now? already completed medical but PCC needs to submit for one country. Should I send updated background form along with PCC?

What should I mention in the background declaration form now? Will it create a problem in my file as it is in final stage.

This is quite important as you can clearly see from your gcms notes that there is a session where in they exchange your details. so please make sure to update your background information form and send them an apology letter along with that.

My UK was also rejected due to fraudulent documents by a consultant 10 years ago and i have mentioned the same in my application document. not sure whether its going to have an impact but again its better to disclose than not to disclose it.

I,m 23 September applicant and my PER date is 15 December.

I received mail from London visa office to submit 4 photographs again with given specifications.i did not receive either MR or 2nd line update yet.


My question is what does it mean:

have they started processing my application?
Have they completed background checks?
Will this photo requirement delay my process?

Please call CIC and tell them about the lost of access to ECAS its a technical issue most of the times.. they will transfer you to technical service dept and you and notify them your problem. I am sure your ECAS will go alive then .. All the best

have they started processing my application? A: It looks very much like it.
Have they completed background checks? A: Doubt it. But it is hard to tell based on the limited information
Will this photo requirement delay my process?[/b][/color] A: Unlikely, it sounds to me that you haven't even recieved MR

A program assistant usually check your application to make sure your every required documents are there. They must have misplaced your photographs or your photograph did not meet the guidelines.

they will move your file to DVO's desk only after getting those passport photos. I assume your file is back to registry and the PA will get the file once the photograph is reached. so make sure to send your photographs at the earliest

These are my thoughts based on the review of couple of GCMS notes. i can be right or wrong!!!!!!!!!

But have you received your PER email already right? There was one member here, reported the same case with you. Afterwhich, he just tried to key-in his name with surname on his ecas. Then it went through..

So, there is a possibility that there were changes in your ecas log in format.

Good point. Also it's worthwhile addressing technical support at question @ cic gc ca with ECAS related issue. TAT is 10 business days.

Guys! I Love Sao Paulo Visa Office! The fastest VO in the Planet.

I just got MR today, 15 days after PER!!! I feel so blessed! I'm jumping with joy!

Here is my full timeline:

NOC: 0013
Visa Office: Sao Paulo
App Date: 27/10/2014
Charge Date: 31/12/2014 (DD)
Ecas Live / 1st Line: 19/01/2015
PER: 25/01/2015 (90 days from App Date!)
MR: 09/02/2015 (15 days from PER!)

My ECAS is not showing the second line yet!

Plus, this is my 1.000 post! So I just became a Champion Member with my MR message!
