I have already UCI. As i had applied in FSW 2013 and got NER that time.

I did communicate with CIC so many times in 2013 as well as in 2014 and always got reply in 30-40 days. I do not what is going on this time.
sent email 15.12.2013 got answer 15.01.2014(less than 30 working days), After that sent email on 17.10.2014 and got answer on 08.12.2014 (37 working days)

you must inform your VO, your process might get delayed. but you must inform.

Just send as medical form of applicant,spouse,child.

Urgent help needed.

I misunderstood the question in background declaration form regarding earlier visa rejection by considering it only for Canada. But my US visitor visa was rejected earlier.

what I have to do now? already completed medical but PCC needs to submit for one country. Should I send updated background form along with PCC?

What should I mention in the background declaration form now? Will it create a problem in my file as it is in final stage.
