Hi Seniors,
Important questions:
I received a letter with my UCI number but online status check says In-process with no further updates.
Since I have received UCI does it mean all my documents have been reviewed and not going to be returned again?
What should we be expecting after this letter?

Also after receiving residence permit, how long can wait before going?

Thanx askyaram. I am new to this forum, so no idea what is +1 and how to give same to you ... Anyhow, as i havent recieved any AOR. My VO should be NDVO. But many people reported here that they have been given other VO. So bit concerned. .

Nothing to worry kau.. you've laready got your second line updated.. so sit back and relax, you will definately get further information or mail from assigned VO.. then you can proceed... be happy dear.. btw where are you from..?

Hello,

Those who already landed, I need some advice/suggestion for the following points;

* Due to some constraints, we can only land 4-5 days before visa expiry? the visa will remain valid until expiryIs it right to land just few days before the expiry date of visa or visa should be valid during the stay until we receive PR cards? visa is used for entry only. Once you land you are a permanent resident and can stay in Canada indefinitely

* How much time it takes to get PR cards as we will land in Canada and will return back. Therefore we want to book return flights accordingly. it can take up to several months.

* We will be moving to different places so is there any possibility that we collect PR cards from relevant authority instead of giving mail address? no

Please reply if you experienced any of the above issues.

Not necessarily. It may take up to two months as far as CPC-O is concerned.

In my PER email it is written "acknowledges receipt of your payment dated 9 September 2014 in the amount of $1,250.00 Canadian dollars"
But my application was received in November, 2014.

Should I send them an email to correct this mistake ?

Dear Forumites Give me courage

I am November 19 applicant and my cc charged on Jan 15. My NOC 2281 and i have seen many of 2281 applicant who has been charged on 14 or 15 jan has already received PER emails which is making me worry why i am not receiving the same email.
Believe me i check my mailbox n number of times everyday but sleeps with disappointment.

There are lot of things depend on this email and the very important is my kids nursery admission . I hope many of delhites know how difficult it is in delhi to get your child admitted in nursery .
If i have to admit my son for nursery admission then i have to shed around 1 or 1.5 lac ( non recoverable in any case). Please advise shall i go for his admission without waiting for PER email or should i wait.
If i receive PER email then i will continue my kid in playshool till the other things gets finalized .

Please suggest

do not worry rssr.canada multiple travels wont be an issue if you didnt stay at various location for a longer periods. any ways you might have mentioned all the details of your stay in ur TIF. be happy and you will get your good news soon brother..
