hi
any one getting the MR mail on Saturdays n Sundays also?????
From NDVO.....means auto generated mails.....

pls reply..... :( ??? ??? ???

yes you do get status Updates and stuff on Saturday and Sunday .. that shows how much pressure they have to reach deadline and adhere to what has been promised for EE.

Its time to show some gratitude to people who are working behind the scenes ..

I guess All VO's are doing good job in their respective way.. only things is the activities outsourced to third parties with SLA's which is reflected in the GCMS notes.
ALL VO's and everybody involved in bringing happiness to people lives in getting started with their dream to make some thing different and better than what it is .. MY RESPECT TO YOU ALL !!!!!!

Keep up the good work !!!!!

File Date 7th Oct'14
CC Charged 17th Dec'14
PER - 14th Jan
NOC 0111

No mail from anywhere after PER mail.

Some people are claiming that Files of NDVO is getting transferred to some other place/country.

Issue is .... I have already sent my PCC along with my new employer details to NDVO without their mail.

I do not know what will happen now. whether I should be happy or worried.

Hi Seniors,

Need Help please!

I have an urgent query. I have received my PPR mail today, that means I am required to submit the passports by 5th March.

The problem is that passport of my son is due to be expired on 30th May. From what I understand if I submit that passport to NDVO, I will be given Visa only till 30th May to enter Canada. This is extremely tight for me as I am in UK and will need some more time.

Is there a possibility that NDVO can allow me to submit the passport by March end and in the mean time i can get the passport renewed?

My Landing Experience:

I got my Passport back along with CoPR on 4th Feb Morning. I decided to land in Weekend but as my mom's birthday was on 5th Feb, I decided to land on 5th instead.

So Niagara Falls, Canada ha the closet land border from Toronto city, so I decided to complete my landing there. There was little to no snow on the way so I reached Niagara falls within 1h 15m. I was with my friend, so its best to just walk to US side through Rainbow Bridge. I walked up to US side while taking some pictures of frozen falls. Hard took me 5 min to walk to US side, I went there and as I was the only one there it just took couple of minutes. Officer asked me my purpose of Visiting US, I said, I am not here to visit US instead I am here to do Flag-poling. She saw my CoPR and told me that she is not going to give me Administrative refusal instead she stamped my Passport again (I visited US for interview purpose before 2 week, so they cannot give me administrative refusal for another 6 months). It was about 11:50pm EST when I started walking towards Canada again.

I came back to Canadian Side, officer asked to if I had anything with me i.e. Money above certain extent, anything coming from India, etc. I answered "NO" then asked me if I went to US side and came back ?? I said, Yes, I went there, but instead of giving me administrative refusal they stamped my passport again. He saw it directed me to go to another office after giving me declaration card which he filled out himself after asking me few questions. I went up to that office which was across the street, told CBSA officer that I was there for landing. He took my PP and Declaration card. After that he told me to wait. After couple of he called me again, took my COPR, and as soon as he saw "SW" he asked me if I had any proof of fund with me. I gave him my recent bank statement, he was satisfied. He told me if I had my Drivers license for Ontario of any government issued ID for address proof. I gave him one. He told me to wait again. After couple of minutes, he called me, told me sign COPR, explained me few things, cancelled my single entry Visa, and greeted me with "Congratulations You are now a Permanent Resident of Canada." It was 5th Feb (mom's Birthday), 12:12am(my NOC), when I signed my COPR. :)

That's my Landing experience.

Yesterday got my 6th line update on ECAS: " 6.You entered Canada at the Niagara Falls Rainbow Bridge office on February 5, 2015 and became a Permanent Resident.", and also my status on ECAS changed from "Decision Made" to "Complete" which is last stage of whole application.

Wish all the very best to all those who are waiting for this moment. I will be around for sure, not leaving you leaving you guys until everyone is done.

Inspite of getting 3 times additional document request, File transfer to another VO after 1 document request, Interview with Immigration Officer in New York (after 2.5 months from the date of invitation, which almost drived me crazy) , if I succeeded, everyone should be able to make it through. All you got to have is "PATIENCE".

P.S. Will share my whole experience soon.

I have just paid the RPRF.

On the receipt page - it is asking for client ID, Dob, address and phone number.

I presume I have to enter my own (primary applicant) UCI in ID and other details on the form, am I correct? or do I need to enter my spouse's details somewhere?

Thanks

what is the ECAS status if any application failed to pass PER stage? in this case how CIC communicate after CC charged?

Dear Ashif, Sadeed, & all senior forum members!

I was expecting PPR2 from LVO but today I have received and email from VO in response to my email.

Here is the email:

The RPRF fee has been input.

The application is currently being reviewed with an officer. Please provide updated Schedule As for both you and your spouse as there are currently some gaps in information. There should be no missing information from the age of 18 forwards.

Please scan the completed forms and send them via email.

Regards

I am really stressed now, As I have already provided the schedule A for the last 10 years as in the schedule A form it clearly states
" provide the detail of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years whichever is most recent"

So, I have already provided details for last 12 years almost. Now why they are asking from the age of 18? I am really stressed and confused, as I was expecting now PPR2. but received this email.

I even don't remember exactly what I was doing before 12 years. I think I was not doing anything I was just at home with my parents and studying. and few years free without studies as well just enjoying at home. Now what to do?

Please advise asap.

:'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

You should just provide the fact, which you yourself has mentioned. But I think just recall and take help from your parents, and even you can include an undertaking duly signed by your parents and brothers and sisters that you were just at home and doing self studies. OR if you want to include testimony from your neighbours do that as well. Because they want to ensure that that none of your years after 18 years are missing in which you were inlvoved in some activites which are not acceptable to Canada. I believe it is just for the sake of ensuring that you were not involved in illegal activities harmfull to Canada.
