I was expecting PPR2 from LVO but today I have received and email from VO in response to my email.

Here is the email:

The RPRF fee has been input.

The application is currently being reviewed with an officer. Please provide updated Schedule As for both you and your spouse as there are currently some gaps in information. There should be no missing information from the age of 18 forwards.

Please scan the completed forms and send them via email.

I am really stressed now, As I have already provided the schedule A for the last 10 years as in the schedule A form it clearly states
" provide the detail of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years whichever is most recent"

So, I have already provided details for last 12 years almost. Now why they are asking from the age of 18? I am really stressed and confused, as I was expecting now PPR2. but received this email.

I even don't remember exactly what I was doing before 12 years. I think I was not doing anything I was just at home with my parents and studying. and few years free without studies as well just enjoying at home. Now what to do?
Please advise asap.

Nothing to worry about. If you were no doing anything then just write "Unemployed". Just write what you were actually doing. Nothing to get stressed about. You are 95 % through.

I am the principal applicant!
Now, my spouse is getting assigned to a new location on a promotion. We have to re-locate as the house is spouse's company provided. We can maximum stay for next two months ie till March end (children's school session starting in new city etc, etc). I will have to quit my job. Experience is not a consideration ( as working in NOC matching job for last two years).
My timeline:-
App submitted - dec 31 ( cold NOC- likely to meet cap)
Charging - likely latest by 15 Mar (DD)
PER - by Apr first week (?)

Any suggestions for my quitting job & relocating???
Will my situation have any effect on application prospects? And when should I inform CIC???
PLEASE any views from the experienced forum members would be appreciated!!

No you don't.

You can use PER in order to apply for BOWP. PGWP wokers are LMIA exempt.

I have sent my all the mr doc to NDVO via speed post with register post.
Any one has sent there doc with po box no. Address of ndvo.
Bz i wrote P.O.box no. And use speed post.
Secondly, do they deliver post on saturday? Or someone will received my post.
Plz comment, if u ve idea or exeperience.

My two cents on the delay of MR and PPR:

NDVO is taking an average of 9-11 months for the processing of the entire application. If you were lucky to get PER and 2nd line close (like in my case), then the wait for the MR increases. If you get PER and MR close, then the wait for PPR increases!

I might be wrong, but that's my way of seeing the entire situation! ;D ;D

I think ur finding is at least true in my case. PER on 03-09-2014 and second line on 27-10-2014 , but no MR till now

India Post might work on Saturday half-day. Most of the people including me preferred to send the docs via a courier agency like DTDC. The main advantage of private courier is that you'll get an acknowledgement on the tracking page ie, who received it and what time it got delivered. Mostly, security guard will receive the courier and stamp with CHC. This information I got this from my DTDC tracking page as an acknowledgement. On the other hand, speed post will also provide tracking but most of the updates will be like bag opened, received delhi, bag closed, bag opened etc etc . They'll also indicate that package is delivered but not sure who received it.

Anyway don't worry on that part as Indian Post is very careful in delivering the packages to appropriate destination where private courier don't reach.

Hi Friends,

I have an urgent query. I have received my PPR mail today, that means I am required to submit the passports by 5th March.

The problem is that passport of my son is due to be expired on 30th May. From what I understand if I submit that passport to NDVO, I will be given Visa only till 30th May to enter Canada. This is extremely tight for me as I am in UK and will need some more time.

Is there a possibility that NDVO can allow me to submit the passport by March end and in the mean time i can get the passport renewed?

But I am confused, as they are asking now from age of 18 and now I am 35 so I need to provide last 17 years and many times I was free at home like couple of times I missed next session or I was busy somewhere else etc so many gaps how I have to fill?

like 3 months gap, 5 months gap, 2 months gap and so on?

Any suggestions please....... ???

hi all,

my ppr letter says to send the original passports and to visit VFS global web site for details of how to transmit passports to new dekhi visa office.

but it does not say that i can also send my passports through courier.
can i send my passports through couriier also please advise soon.
