Why did you resign? is it because you got PER?
Yes you are 80% on your way to Canada, but surprises may happen!
CIC may also check your work background with your employer. In my opinion, you took this decision a lit bit early!

It is not advisable to Resign until your 3rd line get update and RPRF fee received & Encashed.

I had to quit because of personal reasons and not PER. Does it mean, it can effect on my application at this stage?

Just received second line update "We started processing your application on February 3, 2015." God is great... :) Hope everything will be fine..... All the best for others who are waiting.....

Congrats bro.
There is one other case similar to you in this forum, that person is in Germany . I think her had enquired to few offices and the last option was to come back to India and send the passport to NDVO beacuse you cannot send your passport from UK.

NEED URGENT HELP

Even though I have submitted ORIGINAL POLICE CLEARANCE certificate with my MR
I got below EMAIL

Now I do NOT have scan copy of my wife's pcc I have mine PCC
Its a biig problem for me now.

I am confused please help

Dear Applicant :

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, you are requested to e-mail us the scanned copies of Indian police clearance certificate for yourself and your spouse.

This must be received within 30 days from the date of this e-mail.

Sincerely,

Immigration Section/ Section de l'immigration
High Commission of Canada/ Haut-Commissariat du Canada
PO Box 5209
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi, India/Inde 110021

Assuming that you are in India presently -

How long did the previous PCC take for her, Where was it taken form (PSK or Police C)

You May try to get another PCC. This time it will be quicker or if it was issued form PSK they can issue a duplicate if it is within 6 months or so but you may have to check with them rules change at each PSK is what my experience.
