Dear All Respected Members, I would like to share experience on the whole FSWP 2014, on February 04, 2015 i received my package back based on their unsatisfactorily over my Job Experience letter which only defined my date of joining, present position and my present salary, for this reason my boss gave me a letter in her own capacity defining my job responsibilities relevant to NOC 0111. However, the officer did not considered the letter provided by my boss for explanation of duties and mentioned that he has only considered letter of my employer.

Well i am all bowled out of the match.

Best regards & all the very best wishes for successful completion of process.

Really sorry to hear this bad news.
You can still apply for the express entry. There are good chances that in either second draw or third draw you might get selected.
Wish you all the best in your next careers and endeavors in life.

I HAVE A QUESTION HERE :
WHEN DID YOU GET UR INTERVIEW CALL ?? :-\ :-\ :-\
AFTER MEDICAL OR BEFORE ? AS YOU TIME LINE SAYS...MEDICAL RECEIVED 3RD LINE
AN INTERVIEW 4TH LINE!! :o

PLEASE CLARIFY..GOKU

As per Spreadsheet interview is before medical as reported by many applicants. And it is logical as well because medicals has to be done only after everything is satisfactory.

Hey Guys,

I got an email from the LVO asking me to resubmit my photographs as my photos did not meet the standard required x_x

I however, have two questions,

1. I logged in my ECAS but i don't find any second line even when they have started processing my file.
2. How do i send over the photographs to the LVO ? and is this normal ?

Thank you :D

It is normal to ask for replacement of abnormal photos. Don't worry about 2nd line, that could happen anytime!

Hi Guys,
My application received by CIC at 23rd October, 2014 (NOC 4011).
My CC has charged at 15th January and received my PER mail at 22nd January.
I was a University Lecturer. I have promoted as an Assistant Professor at this month. Is it mandatory to inform this change to SGVO? If it is mandatory to inform this change, how could i do it?
Please help.
Thanks

I think that it is important to inform because changes in job is something mandatory to be informed.
Moreover you have been promoted so it will make your case stronger, you should inform it for your own benefit.

Why immigrate to Canada?

Canada has one of the most positive immigration policies in the world. The Canadian Government plans to admit over 200,000 immigrants each year.

In terms of standards of living, the United Nations has voted Canada as one of the best places in the world to live.

Successful Migration with full family.
Free education and medicals.
Migration possible for skilled workers as well as investors.
Many opportunities in the Information Technology sector for software professionals.
Eligibility for Canadian Citizenship within three years of arrival in Canada with permanent residence status.
Dual Citizenship allowed.
Entitlement to government welfare benefits (in case of necessity), free medical facilities, free education, old age insurance, unemployment insurance etc.
Minimal government regulations in starting your own business.
Access to the United States and Mexico markets based on the NAFTA Agreement
The best country to live in the world - and the United Nations keeps reaffirming it!
Canada is a country that cares for its residents. There are a number of Social Welfare programs offered by the State. In addition to the free healthcare program and children education until grade 12, Canada provides for the following social programs:

Canadian resident is entitled to 60 percent of the last wages drawn in case of lay off from job if he/she has worked for nearly six months in Canada till then.

Canadian resident is entitled to social welfare allowance from the government if he/she is unable to support himself/herself and is not able to get any job.

Canadian resident is entitled under the Canadian Pension Plan to receive retirement pension. It depends upon the age at which he/she chooses to opt for the plan and is optimal at age 65.

Canadian resident is entitled to old age pension in Canada. The amount of pension will depend upon the number of years-lived in Canada. Its maximum if the person has stayed in Canada for 40 years after the age 18. For each year less than that, it is reduced by 1/40 of the full-entitled amount.

Federal and Provincial governments provide certain amount every month for upbringing of each child. The amount depends upon the income earned by the parents in the last year.

Getting a good education is more important today than ever before. It is the best thing you can do to build a better future for your children and yourself. In Canada education is free in Public schools till Grade 12th.

Canada has one of the finest health care systems in the world. Excellent hospitals, clinics or doctors' offices are located in most communities. Their services are usually available free of charge to all residents of Canada registered under the national health insurance program.

Hi friends
I also got AOR from CIC warsaw Poland. Is it good or bad for any idea/comment.
Thanks

I think that it should be a good news. Because CIC in these days is exercising "load-balancing technique" in order to expedite the process and exhaust the backlog so that they can fullfill their newly made committments with the advent of Express Entry.
