Dear All Respected Members, I would like to share experience on the whole FSWP 2014, on February 04, 2015 i received my package back based on their unsatisfactorily over my Job Experience letter which only defined my date of joining, present position and my present salary, for this reason my boss gave me a letter in her own capacity defining my job responsibilities relevant to NOC 0111. However, the officer did not considered the letter provided by my boss for explanation of duties and mentioned that he has only considered letter of my employer.

Well i am all bowled out of the match.

This week has proved that NDVO does not send PPRs / DMs during first two days of week only. ;D ;D ;D

It works on rest of the day too for PPRs / DMs.

Further...as per my personal view, now onward it should be the situation when NDVO comes in full swing, diverting work load of applicants after Sept'14 to other VOs and there by, clearing applications at its best speed before EE load haunt'em.

my second line was updated on 22nd of Jan stating " we have started processing your application on January 19th". It's more than 15 days now, I have not received MR & RPRF. I am bit tensed. Huh

I dont know how many more days I have to wait for MR. Any Idea??

Dont be tense for things that are beyond your control. Second line does mean that officer is processing your application, so wait. Only care you must take is to be clear about the MR email and done even delete your trash.

could you please help me, My husband and I are working in KSA and all our saving money we plane to transfer it to Canada when the immigration process end, so I wonder if they will take tax on that amount when we land or not because we can not transfer our money to Egypt it will be hard to get it back. I want advice ???????????????????

One thing is sure ... this money is not earned in canada and so it will not be taxed there ... but you will conversion charges when you convert ...

Replied to your PM Buddy. He is still waiting for PPR. He had been asked for PCC submission again on 20th Jan 2015. He was traveling so he submitted last week.

He is expecting PPR soon. All the best

Not much of difference as you are still affiliated with same job scope and same employer, Can raise with case with SGVO once you get AOR mail.. AOR mail with have link to raise case..

Hi Guys,
My application received by CIC at 23rd October, 2014 (NOC 4011).
My CC has charged at 15th January and received my PER mail at 22nd January.
I was a University Lecturer. I have promoted as an Assistant Professor at this month. Is it mandatory to inform this change to SGVO? If it is mandatory to inform this change, how could i do it?

Hey Guys,

I got an email from the LVO asking me to resubmit my photographs as my photos did not meet the standard required x_x

I however, have two questions,

1. I logged in my ECAS but i don't find any second line even when they have started processing my file.
2. How do i send over the photographs to the LVO ? and is this normal ?

Dear, I did my medicals in Max Delhi and Referred to do further Test related to TB Scar which Sputum Test.
I Suggest and recommend you to do not hide anything, tell them all these in detail and if you have reports and all old papers, docs, X Ray, Ultrasound, ... carry all documents along with you when you will go for Test in Max or Sadhu Vasvani Clinic.
Please do not hide anything and carry all old documents and reports with you.

If required they will ask you for further test but Don't worry it will helpful in later stages.
As per me these will not affect your application.
The things which affect and Reject is only HIV, .. rest all things are curable. So Don't worry Brother.

I am also of the same opinion that do not hide anything. As far as it is not a contagious disease or a disease which is extremely expensive to treat, and also specially she is not the primary applicant they will not reject.
