Below is from the CIC site.

could you please help me, My husband and I are working in KSA and all our saving money we plane to transfer it to Canada when the immigration process end, so I wonder if they will take tax on that amount when we land or not because we can not transfer our money to Egypt it will be hard to get it back. I want advice ???????????????????

We are in big dilemma and need valuable advice from the experienced Canada aspirants and who are/or have experienced the situation like us.

I myself is primary applicant and my spouse is co-applicant. We are expecting our Medical Examinations within 30-50 days. There are some medical complications with my wife.

1. She has been suffering from primary infertility for long and had laproscopy (it is a surgery that uses a thin, lighted tube put through a cut in the belly to look at the abdominal organs or the female pelvic organs . This surgery is used to find problems associated with reproducitve disorders) done in Feb 2011. She has two small incision mark at her lower abdomen. We are confused whether we should hide it from panel physician or not? Hiding will not make any sense. Would there be any kind of impact on our application for disclosing the same to the panel physician.

2. She is also suffering from auto immune disorder Rheumatoid arthritis for last two years. As per her treating physician, her two joints of arms are affected, but things are under control. I know, we cannot hide this from panel physician and would be requiring additional tests done.

3. This query is specially for Delhi/NCR, India applicants who have got their medicals done either from Max Hospital or Sadhu Vasvani. It would be great help if the medical undergone people at both these centers can suggest which doctor is best (I mean to say in cooperation and understanding).

These are the main hurdles which can stop us from landing Canada. Logical and experienced advice would be highly appreciated.

Congratulations to those who have got their VISA stamped and all the best for those who still are under pipeline.

Hello Experts,

Please help me in this situation:

MY VO asked me to submit additional docs. I am currently in Canada

1. Pay stubs - I was paid against invoices through western union money transfer( I worked for US company from India Jan2011 - Aug 2012 which got closed in 2013)

Is it good to provide Invoices copies and also i have some copies of my timesheets submitted during my employment??????????? Please advice I am not an expert in this. This is what i would have done if i was in your situation. Provide all the invoice copies and timesheets with a cover letter explaining about the payment mode. Just one more question, was it mentioned anywhere that you will be paid this way?

2. Bank account to which that money deposited - I have online access to one of my Indian account which gives me statement of 2012 onwards) Yes, You can submit the statements as supporting documents

Is that enough to provide record of Jan 2012-Aug 2012. That should be good for now. Check if your company can give you the payment mode in written as a reference to support your immigration process

My another account is closed and I don't have access to it If this is a Indian Bank account, You can still get the bank statements for closed accounts. Just talk to the Branch Manager, explain your situation. If they ask for any documents, forward the VO email and tell them you need the statements to support your case

3. Past email communication - I have 3-4 email from my manager(USA company email id) on my personal email. As I can not access my emails on company's id coz company is closed now and the hard disk in which i stored data got corrupted.

Is that 3-4 emails enough??????? As i said in my above points, Gather these pieces together. Then write a cover letter to VO explaining your situation

4. Any other docs related to employment - i have approved H1B copy from my employer but I could not go to US due to some family issues and kept working from India. Also, I have a recognition Certificate

5. I have healthy relationship with my US employer and is ready to give any reference.

What best i can ask him to support me???????????? (Normal reference letter with Job duties with start date, Designation, Full time)

Please advice - are all these available docs good enough to satisfy VO.

I would suggest that there is no harm in saying about the laser surgery done for your wife. The reason for the Medical Examination requested by Canada or any other countries is to prevent the disease that spread easily.

So if the applicant has undergone some treatment for easily spreadable disease or if he has one then that is were the case becomes complicated and keep the applicant away from Canada to safegaurd the Canadian humans.

Go ahead and provide the reliable answer to the doctor else it would be easily seen by them during full body analysis and which may cause any issues.....

2. AS LONG AS AUTOIMMUNE IS RESTRICTED TO RA(RHEUMOTOIS ARH) ITS OF NO WORYY

I think THEY MAY ASK YOU TO GET RA(RHEM ARTH) INSURED else you are good to go !!!

Now I do NOT have scan copy of my wife's pcc I have mine PCC
Its a biig problem for me now.

Dear All Respected Members, I would like to share experience on the whole FSWP 2014, on February 04, 2015 i received my package back based on their unsatisfactorily over my Job Experience letter which only defined my date of joining, present position and my present salary, for this reason my boss gave me a letter in her own capacity defining my job responsibilities relevant to NOC 0111. However, the officer did not considered the letter provided by my boss for explanation of duties and mentioned that he has only considered letter of my employer.

Well i am all bowled out of the match.

my second line was updated on 22nd of Jan stating " we have started processing your application on January 19th". It's more than 15 days now, I have not received MR & RPRF. I am bit tensed. Huh

I dont know how many more days I have to wait for MR. Any Idea??
