I am August 8th applicant waiting for 2nd line update. I have travelled to multiple countires e.g. US, UK and Switzerland.

- Could that be the reason of delay in 2nd line/ MR?
- Anyone else who has submitted application before August 8th and waitng for 2nd line update?

NDVO, 2173

No based on my gcm reports , they are not checking criminality and security. Only foss is checked.
There are only couple of reasons reason for the delay.

1. They have not yet opens your documents
2. They forgot to update it
3. The assigned visa officer is on leave or quit

Visa officer can recommend a second review or suggest further check on your application. In all these cases I would see a second update.

If you cross more than 70 days, please send a request to new Delhi visa office

Don't worry, usually they will contact NDVO and have them decide what to do... My wife had low bp and they did not bother

Hi friends would like to share my experience. I am a 7th may applicant done with my medicals in September with 3rd line update and was waiting desperately for PPR.
Yesterday i recd a mail from NDVO asking for Australia PCC. I was thinking about resigning from my present company as i have to give 3 months notice period
I came back frm Australia in 2004 and i did attached an old PCC taken during that time..but seriously one cannot just trust the process is over till u receive PPR mail.
Seniors please let me know if this is normal to ask PCC after medicals and RPRF.

When cam i expect the 3rd line?
I did medical on 27-Jan & Hospital uploaded e-medical on 3-Feb.

I don't think so ..

Low blood pressure is not a problem . High Blood pressure might cause . You are safe with these readings as per my knowledge . Don't worry . All the best

Hi,

Did any one got PoF request again after getting AOR Huh What did they ask? Also please let us know what did you submit with your application (statement or letter from bank)?

How old your account was ? if someone buys FD and show them to VO, would that work? does the date important in that too ?

Regards,

N

Dear Friends,

I have received PER last month. My NOC is 2281. I have shown Fixed Deposit in my Bank as a proof of fund. Now, can I use this money for other purpose (can I withdraw the money from Bank before the next steps). Please let me know which will help me to take further decision regrading my fund.

You should not break FD as they can ask for POF
At any stage further down the process

Bro

Had you mentioned about your travel to Australia in 2004 on your 10 years travel history form? I am wondering if your security check that got initiated late september 14 (which generally takes about 4 months) came back recently with remarks about your travel history to Australia.

If you had disclosed your travel to Australia earlier, then this becomes interesting. Why would CIC not see that clearly on your form and ask for PPC upfront, then waiting for security check to reveal that to them.

Kindly answer the question, if you had mentioned about your stay in Australia or not? That should help understand where this is coming from.
