Yesterday my visa consultant called me and she told me that,"there is one applicant from 2nd may 2014.
she got physical verification yesterday at her job place.."
Now my question is i am living in the same city.and i am also waiting for MR from long now..
so is it possible that they can come to my place also for physical verification..?

Any kind of verification can happen at any time so be prepared. Minimal chances of such verifications are there.

NDVO has asked my wife to get more tests done after the Medical and the test results of the same shall be available after 2 months from now !!!

So will they update the 3rd line or we have to wait for 2 months now ?

Nothing will happen till next 2 months.

Guys.. need ur advice ASAP.. we are in between medicals in laboratory.. me and my wife got low blood pressure 100/70 and 110/70.. is that a problem ?? Do we have to go through any additional tests ?? If yes, can we get them done today itself ??

Low BP would not be a problem, you seems to be going fine with your MR. All the best for your rest of investigations.

No based on my gcm reports , they are not checking criminality and security. Only foss is checked.
There are only couple of reasons reason for the delay.

1. They have not yet opens your documents
2. They forgot to update it
3. The assigned visa officer is on leave or quit


Visa officer can recommend a second review or suggest further check on your application. In all these cases I would see a second update.

I m in the same situation 5th August applicant....no update yet.....per on 26th nov....today I complete 71 days do u think I should raise a CSE or wait for some more time....coz there are many like me who haven't got any update....
If you cross more than 70 days, please send a request to new Delhi visa office

Did u get MR after 3 months or PER after 3 months?

My application received on 20th may

I got first line PER in August

I got second line MR in November and

3d line by the end of Nov.

I am waiting for passport request.

BAD ADVISE FREN !!!

It will be considered as 'borrowed' funds and NOT accepted by CIC.

Also understand the new cert. / FD statement that you receive will have a endorsement / NOTE: "under lien..." or something like that... Banks are not fool

You can borrow from bank against your fixed deposits.

Most banks offer this facility. Have to pay some interest though.

This way, you can take new certificate or statement on your fixed deposits in future if required by visa office.

If someone can help...

The possible reason for the delay in getting the PER in my case even after the DD is encashed on 12th Jan:

in the form imm0008_3e question no. 12a where the primary occupation is to be mentioned, i selected the occupation (which is closest to my current title or designation) from the various titles provided by the cic for the 0112 NOC. i think i made a mistake there....i feel, i should have mentioned my current company designation in the question 12a. Although, My reference letter mentions all the duties and responsibilities which r needed for 0112 this mistake could be the reason for the delay or rejection....i am worried...

If someone has done the same as me and has received the PER i.e. mentioning the title in question no. 12a from various titles given by cic for 0112 and not the current job title, Please let me know...this will help me to analyse my case...
