Looks like NDVO applicants who received PER on 31st Dec 2014 or later may have their files transferred to Warsaw VO.

This is just an assumption based on reports from last couple of days.

I got PER on 31st Dec and they mentioned VO as Dabar (I have mentioned NDVO). I got another email from CIC on 21st Jan with subject THIS LETTER REPLACES THE LETTER THAT WAS SENT TO YOU ON DECEMBER 30, 2014 just given with UCI and Application number. No AOR email as of now.

Yes, submit rest of the documents now and you can submit FBI PCC later.

When we got extension from VO they explicitly mentioned to submit rest of the documents on time

For those who have got extension for submitting FBI PCC, did you submit rest of the docs? or are you planning to submit it later
I'm confused about if I my due date extension is for just FBI PCC or for all the documents

To day I got a mail from CPC-O stating that:

Subject: Name - APPLICATION # E000XXXXXX

Dear Mr. Name:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada under FSW category and received at CIO Sydney on September 18, 2014.

Our records indicate that you had also submitted another application previously under the same category - FSW (Application #E000YYYYYY), which was approved. A letter was emailed to you on January 08, 2014 advising you to submit your and your spouse's passports for visa issuance. Accordingly, this application cannot be processed any further. You may either submit a written communication to us within next 30 days to close this application or we would close this file as withdrawn.

Please note: Processing fee paid by you to process this application would not be refunded since this application had passed the Stage I of processing.

Surprisingly, I did not request CPC-O to withdraw my second application. Surprisingly they recognized the second application (E000XXXXXX - received at CIO Sydney on September 18, 2014) and asking me to request to close the application. I just replied CPC-O to close this application.

I too have the same situation but mentioned as a cover letter to process my second application only if my first application is returned due to a missing doc.

Can i know if you mentioned like this in ur second app?? also, why did u send ur second application?

My PER mail did not have any visa office mentioned. Also, i read in some posts about CIC shifting some apps out of NDVO.

Can anyone throw some more light on this and whether shifting of the VO would have any impact to the applicant or the timelines.
