Hi Every one,

I applied on 19th december my application reached there, but CC is not charged yet am worried i talked to one agent he said if CC is not charged it means my application fall in rule after 1st jan 2015. Please guide me no one is replying me. Why ((((((((

Your application will be considered against 2014 Ministerial Instructions since it was received by CIO before the program expired. Your file is in queue for completeness check and cost recovery.

OMG dnt know what NDVO is doing.... I sent a email to them on dec 7, about the change of my mobile number( from indian to usa) and told them about the typo error in my indian permanent address in ecas but still no reply from them even they have not corrected it as of now...
i suggest you to wait for 10 more days if they didn't respond go to india

Noone can. CAP updates have been removed from CIC website.

My spouse's one kidney was removed around 11 years back (it was not functional from birth, called something like vesico ureteric reflux), other one is healthy.

Now for the medicals does it qualify ??

Any guidance would be highly appreciated

As far as I know in medicals they ask you about your history okay you please declare it at that time.

Your wife may require to undergo some more tests and it could be delay in your application , however if every thing is okay dont worry your spouse can pass health examination.

These are my views , you may even take further advice.

Stay cool and don't worry, just tell them what they ask you and don't go into details. provide them all the documents, medical history only upon request.
One kidney is enough for a healthy living and its not gona raise any issue, so chill man.

1) Medical and PCC requests are done by VO, not CIO. If your VO had been Ottawa, you would have received their first communication by now, so it seems your file was transferred to NDVO.
2) When NDVO sends you passport request, raise a query for stamping the visa in Ottawa.

long time !! Hope all's well in Canada.
I was wondering if adding new documents could cause delay in MR. MY CC was blocked and I had sent new fee payment forms which reached CIC on 21st October. but I was charged on my previous card and hence the new forms were of no use. got charged on 4th Nov and PER on 13th Nov. Havent received my MR as of now from NDVO... your thoughts ??

I'm confused about if I my due date extension is for just FBI PCC or for all the documents

You will still need to submit rest of the documents before the deadline as the extension is only for PCC. Also, the sooner you submit them, the sooner your application will be processed, so there is no point in waiting anyways.

Just an open question to people who sent out addendums for their application, did anyone receive their MR reasonably on time (within 60days) from PER ? I am leaning to believe that addendums are causing delay but did anyone have a normal timeline in spite of an addendum ?

Hi,

I just received my PER under NOC 0112 . I am curious to know if there are any possibilities of rejection of an application post the PER email from CIC? If there is any then what could be the reasons.

As it clearly mentions in the PER mail that the local visa office will be taking care of the final decision on the application.

Any experience on response on this question would be appreciated
