The only assessment done before MR is selection decision = same review as the one at CIO stage (MI acceptance review). It appears a case officer can handle a limited amount of applications and until she/he has an opening, the file sits at the registry, until it's turn comes. After MR assessments are initiated. When every check is complete file gets in queue for final review by immigration program manager.

What do you think that what is the reason behind the interview call. Do the same officer who reviewied again your file after reaching of file at VO, takes the decision for interview call, and the reason for it is that he is not satisfied with your experience matching with NOC or not? OR what other reasons are there that VO reviewing officer can call for an interview?

yes I did ask them to change VO but they did not and sent ppr from ndvo itself

OMG dnt know what NDVO is doing.... I sent a email to them on dec 7, about the change of my mobile number( from indian to usa) and told them about the typo error in my indian permanent address in ecas but still no reply from them even they have not corrected it as of now...
i suggest you to wait for 10 more days if they didn't respond go to india

My ECAS status changed to Decision Made and I got my 4th line update today. I got time only in the evening to check, and to my surprise, the status was updated.

App rcvd: May 7th
Visa office: NDVO
NOC: 2173
MR done: September 5th, 2014
ECAS DM: February 3rd, 2015.

Waiting for PPR email now...

I Received AOR from Worsaw, Poland office. However I selected New Delhi as my Immigration Office. Is it normal ?

and Last Night the AOR arrived my mailbox too.

the VO from where it came is Poland, Warsaw, and I know 1 more person at least with same condition as mine. Just the PER date for that person is 16th January

Looks like NDVO applicants who received PER on 31st Dec 2014 or later may have their files transferred to Warsaw VO.

This is just an assumption based on reports from last couple of days.

Happy to announce that I have just received PPR Alhumdulillah. ECAS still says In Progress.
Something to note: My case was handled by NDVO but when I sent them my documents (MR / PCC etc) i also requested them if i can have my stamping done at LVO as I am in UK and will be here from some time. I had also raised a CSE for the same. They did not respond but the PPR email does say that I need to submit the passports to LVO.

I have one problem.... My wife is 6 week Pregnant.. She cannot undergo X- Ray test. Please let me know is ther any alternate this test

Yeah, it is normal...
Now wait for second line update... It normally takes 45 to 60 days........

i got an email yesterday informing me that my eligibility got an positive review and final decision will be made by vo. And also they gave meUCI number, candidate number and receipt number. Is this letter is PER?
Also need help regarding my newly born child who born on 5th November. What are the steps to include him to my application. Please help me with this.

1)Yeah, this is PER
2) Inform your Visa Office about the child.... They will guide you about further process like Fee, Forms etc...

Secondly,I accidently have chosen new delhi as my visa office though i am in canada and could have opted for ottawa. now I just want to know whether CIO will ask me to submit passport in New delhi or they will themself transfer my file to ottawa since i have applied from within canada.

1) Medical and PCC requests are done by VO, not CIO. If your VO had been Ottawa, you would have received their first communication by now, so it seems your file was transferred to NDVO.
2) When NDVO sends you passport request, raise a query for stamping the visa in Ottawa.

Call up CIO and email them as well, explaining your situation. Your MR will take 2-3 months from PER (maybe more). Try and get you file shifted to CPC- Ottawa. Worst case scenario, you may have to travel back to India if your PPR comes from NDVO.
