Dear Sir,

BY the Grace of Allah I already received the Golden Email of PER. Informed the forum and SS updated.

Now wait for the rest of process started.

I have some small questions as below.

- I am working in Kuwait whereas my spouse and kids are in Pakistan. Can I do the medical from Kuwait and my family from Pakistan or all must from same center.
- Just checking the submitted forms and found that I missed to put the details of one of my brother in law (Spouse's brother) in her background details. What action to be done.

guramar | raise an appeal if things looks doubtful for the rejection.
Along with all those sections/clauses they have mentioned, there must be a specific reason of refusal, try to get that solved with strong evidence and supporting documents.

Try hiring a solicitor who deals into this, they r experienced dealing into it, try finding it out online and chk their reviews before hiring them. I have seen they have solved many cases. All the best

I want to pay RPRF after MR is cleared.

Dear All,

I got my 3rd line updated today. We thank the lord for being kind us.

Below are my timelines:

VO: NDVO
Application: 9th July,14
PER: 4th Nov,14
2nd Line EACS: 9th Jan,15
MR recieved: 15th Jan,15
MR sent: 24th Jan,15
3rd Line updated: 31st January,15
NOC: 2241

I am self employed as a full time consultant for one company.

Medical background:
I don't have bp, but during medicals I got worried and my BP was 130/90
I have limited vision in 1 eye (6/36) which is due to medical condition called Amblyopia (lazy eye). The other eye is 6/6 without glasses.

Dear Experts,

Im new here and i have a small doubt. I actually posted this n few other threads and i hope to hear from many experts as possible.

Am i right to say If someone's CC charged means that his application is complete and CIC officers has already checked the candidate's job description match to the 80% of the lead statement of the NOC and after checking that only they charge the candidate's credit card?

Is there any chance that the CIC officers will charge the CC first and then later they check the candidate's job description (JD provided by the company including the jobs he performs in the work) and if it's found that it doesnt match with the 70%-80% of the lead statement and so the candidate will receive a NER?

Really appreciate your answers in clearing my above doubts.

Congrats on your MR.

I would sugget you provide the requirements ssimultaneously-dont wait for the ecas update. Pay rprf online to avoid the hassle of going to the bank, print the receipt and send it to your VO along with tthe additional required docs - if there's any.

Why would you take that risk

But you asked so here is what happens. Within 7 days max (for me it took 5) your med results will be uploaded to CIC by the hospital in which you appear for medicals. And I think in 10-14 days you can see 3rd line updated. Do you have that much buffer?

I think no.. so its better to pay RPRF and send proof of med, rprf and other docs asap to NDVO

3rd line has nothing to do with rprf fees.
If the hoapital is e-medical enabled, they will send your result directly to the vo. Generally 3rd line will get updated within 7-10 days after your mesical.
