[size=10pt]HELP NEEDED...GOT REJECTION LETTER WITH 2 YEARS INADMISSIBILITY[/size]

I am 2013 applicant...My time is as follows
1.application process started in may 2013 in NOC Code 0211(Engineering Managers)
2.got medical request in Dec 2013.
3.got physical Background check in April 2014
4.CIC sent procedural fairness letter in Sep2014 as they have doubt in my experience and some inconsistencies in my office.
5.Got DECISION MADE in JAN 2015. AND decision is

REJECTION LETTER WITH 2 YEARS INADMISSIBILITY. as per section 40(1)(a),40(2)(a) and section 11(1) of IMMIGRATION and REFUGEE Protection ACT.

seniors pls suggest...what should be my next step....
1.shall I appeal to same.
2.Wait for 2years

Major concern:- how could i remove my inadmissibility. could it be automatically removed after 2 years or i have to do something?Could it br removed before by some appeal.

Another Question:- and after 2 years will CIC count my work experience from beginning or have they made my work experience zero till date...?

DISCRIPTION OF IMMIGRATION AND REFUGEE PROTECTION ACT.

40. (1) A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation
(a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a
relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act.

A40(2): The permanent resident or the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for
misrepresentation for a period of two years following, in the case of a determination
outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection A40(1) or, in
the case of a determination in Canada, the date the removal order is enforced.

SEC 11 (1) :- "A foreign National Must,Before Entering CANADA,Apply to an Officer for VISA,
or any other documents required by regulation,The VISA or Documents shall be issue if ,
Following an examination,the officer is satisfied that foreign national is not inadmissible
and meet the requirement of this ACT.

We are sorry for your news. Thanks for sharing. Now we can consider that background check is done after medical also. so, it is taking long time to issue PPR.

but for this year's 2014 batch...all background check done ahead of PPR, so no worries dear
issuing PPR is like they are more specific/cautious in sending details and verifying the same, so might be this delay .

Hi Friends,

I have 2 quesions.

1 - My medicals got completed on 26th. But, still there is no update as "Medicals Received". I havent submitted the RPRF fee and the PCC documents to NDVO.
- Will the third line be updated only after the documents are received at NDVO? or after the hospital sends the medicals itself?

2 - In the email from NDVO, it is explicitly mentioned as the Date format should be YYYY-MM-DD especially for the PCC. But, in my PCC (from passport kendra), it is in MM / DD/ YY format. Is it a concern?

Please advice.

Yes Palakpatel I mean also the same. they are issuing MR/RPRF and start background check. Most hurriedly, we did our medicals but they are taking time to complete background check. So, PPR is delayed. please correct me if it is wrong.

HOW TO PROVE MY EXP. is genuine. They also rejected my Fairness letter.....infect my exp is totally genuine as i have documentary records of same i.e salary in Bank Acc,Exp letter from employer,My presence in Office when visa officer visited.

Not getting way how to show my exp is genuine......

and one other applicant of 15 Dec said that his DD is charged, NOC 1114. The DD was of Imperial Bank Canada and the bank verified the DD encashment.

Dear Experts,

Im new here and i have a small doubt. I actually posted this n few other threads and i hope to hear from many experts as possible.

Am i right to say If someone's CC charged means that his application is complete and CIC officers has already checked the candidate's job description match to the 80% of the lead statement of the NOC and after checking that only they charge the candidate's credit card?

Is there any chance that the CIC officers will charge the CC first and then later they check the candidate's job description (JD provided by the company including the jobs he performs in the work) and if it's found that it doesnt match with the 70%-80% of the lead statement and so the candidate will receive a NER?

Really appreciate your answers in clearing my above doubts.

guramar | raise an appeal if things looks doubtful for the rejection.
Along with all those sections/clauses they have mentioned, there must be a specific reason of refusal, try to get that solved with strong evidence and supporting documents.

Another news:
Currency CAD's value is decreasing and it is further expected to undergo devaluation. It means a good news to those who have got stamp on their PP. They can gain more CAD with same sum of rupees during immigration.

Besides, decrease in OIL price and USD will make flight cost cheaper. so, right time for immigration.

I have applied for FBI PCC after receiving my PER. Since FBI is now taking a lot of time to process, could this be a potential problem in my application.

Is there anything that i can do at this point.
