HOW TO PROVE MY EXP. is genuine. They also rejected my Fairness letter.....infect my exp is totally genuine as i have documentary records of same i.e salary in Bank Acc,Exp letter from employer,My presence in Office when visa officer visited.

Not getting way how to show my exp is genuine......

Kindly contact and seek advice of an immigration lawyer with regards to your case since you have already been given chance to prove your innocence and it was clear that cic was not really convienced. So you have to seek a legal advice so as to get your name clear and only make a move when you have all the necessary and strong evidence to substantiate your claim on genuinty of your work experience else your effort would go on waste.. Take care and don't loose hope.. May be lord has something better for you.. keep your spirit up and always believe in yourself and your abilities as nothing is more precious than your life and your beloved family...

Im new here and i have a small doubt. I actually posted this n few other threads and i hope to hear from many experts as possible.

Am i right to say If someone's CC charged means that his application is complete and CIC officers has already checked the candidate's job description match to the 80% of the lead statement of the NOC and after checking that only they charge the candidate's credit card?

Is there any chance that the CIC officers will charge the CC first and then later they check the candidate's job description (JD provided by the company including the jobs he performs in the work) and if it's found that it doesnt match with the 70%-80% of the lead statement and so the candidate will receive a NER?

Really appreciate your answers in clearing my above doubts.

Dear Seniors

All cases goes for background check after MR received and who have received any verification call at current , past emp.

As if all file will go through background check than there will be narrow gap from visa to landing

is this the main reason means Physical Checks and Verification for delay of PPR.

Till you receive PPR, any checks can be carried out at anytime. : : :

So...my advice is, instead of finding reasons for PPR delay, let's hope to get it soon.!

Dear Sir,

BY the Grace of Allah I already received the Golden Email of PER. Informed the forum and SS updated.

Now wait for the rest of process started.

I have some small questions as below.

- I am working in Kuwait whereas my spouse and kids are in Pakistan. Can I do the medical from Kuwait and my family from Pakistan or all must from same center.
- Just checking the submitted forms and found that I missed to put the details of one of my brother in law (Spouse's brother) in her background details. What action to be done.
