Hello Seniors,

I am trying to call CIC to get my UCI number by following IVR (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1) in phone number 16139444000. however the guy who attended the call told me that he doesnt have any way of getting the information of applicants outside india.

Am i dialing the correct number?

Urgent help please.

thanks,,

Hi All,

I had applied for FSW2014 last year and in the mean time I have relocated to Australia. I didn't inform the change of address as i waited for the CO to contact me. Today I received the Medical Request and attached IMM1017 form contains my earlier address from home country.

Now I am really tensed on how to go about the following,

1) How to inform the London Visa office of the change of address? Do i respond to the Medical Request mail received from VO and inform address change (what proof to attach for the address change)?

2) Do I request in the same response mail to issue new IMM1017 forms with the Australia address?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Regards,
Aamir

The Road Not Taken

BY ROBERT FROST
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

If it is only 3 days then I don't think you need to inform them. Good luck for you next step!

Was converting from Canadian dollar to Indian Rupees today and I saw 1 CAD=49.31 INR!! What a change in a month of time when it was around 55!
So, point is, If you pay RPRF in CAD rather than INR, it will be lesser! :P

You are right; you do not have to go for an interview. You need to pay the RPRF Fees, get your medicals done submit your PCC for each of the country they have requested for.

What I understand is that you must have shown fixed deposits of high amounts as proof of your funds and now they are interested to know the source of those funds. It could be due to your salary saving, inheritance, business, property sale or anything else.

You would need to prove that you have the funds shown through a legitimate source.

I guess you have provided bank stmt showing the transactions instead of Balance certificate which shows just the balance at the end of day for that day.
So in Stmt there must be some big transaction available which NDVO wants to know that from where this was credited

I have checked my ECAS and it says "In Process, We have received your application on NOvember 19, 2014." My credit card had been charged on January 16, 2014. What do you think is the probability that I can get PER? I hope someone can answer my query.

THank you very much!

Hi!
Please, could you tell how you could check your ECAS without any file number before PER? I was charged 23th January and waiting for PER. Is it possible to check my profile through ECAS? How I can do it?
