BWJ is your VO I guess... what your PER date ?

Visa office will only issue passport request when all the people listed included in the application , including spouse And children have undertaken medical exam.

In your cAse because u deffereed your wife's medical , your file will be now placed in absence. They will start processing after you update them with new born details and then they will reissue medicals for your wife and new born ( if by that date your medicals crossed one yeAr you will also be asked to redo the medicals)

Going by latest technology available, it is possible to shield the baby and take xray of expectant mother..so it would have been better to get it done , not to delay your file. But that decision is of your and your spouse.

I have checked my ECAS and it says "In Process, We have received your application on NOvember 19, 2014." My credit card had been charged on January 16, 2014. What do you think is the probability that I can get PER? I hope someone can answer my query.

THank you very much!

Hi,

That means CIC did not consider your addendum at all...

What were the documents missing in the original file... were the addendum document something like IELTS,ECA,etc in original?

He clearly mentioned they have considered addendum too.. I think its better he leaves it here and explore other options ..FSW is done now. No point in researching now..

Hi Friends ,

I have recieved MR 1 week back , July 10th applicant.
My wife is Pregnant and expected Date of delivery in Mid of May-2015.
I have completed My Medicals but my wife medicals haven't been done sice X-Ray is part of the medicals and i dont want to take X ray now.
I have taken deffer letter from Daignostic Center
So my question is will the entire file will be "on Hold" or only my wife's application will be "on Hold".

Dear All,

I have a question on the ECA assessment for spouse. I am the principal applicant and got my ECA done from WES.

My spouse intends to work in Canada. In order to get a job once we land there, is an ECA required for the spouse too?

Request all to throw some light on this.

Many thanks :)
