It matters when your second line gets updated
generally 30 Days after the second line

Also....looking at the PPRs issued till date and if you match their profile with this formula...large deviation is being observed. Applicants have got PPRs long before ( good news) this formula specifies duration. (nothing personal bro...though you have already mentioned this formula varies case to case and complex..)

As most of my colleagues are troubled with the thought that its been ages since MR but we have not received PPR

I have tried to create a general formula to calculate the expected time for PPR

It is complex and not accurate.

It varies for every case and you are the best judge of your rating for your profile -

Here Goes


Consider this table as each number = Weeks and add as per your Profile as average time for Security checking

Depends on the number of countries that you may have traveled and when did you submit their PCC.
I can help you extrapolate the expected date based in the above 2 factors.

i have not travelled outside india.
PCC for india already submitted.
what will be your guess for PPR timelines.

Dear Members,
I am October 28th,2014 applicant of 1123.
Addendum Docs Delivered on 14 Nov,2014.
An email was forwarded to CIO on Nov 28,2014.

Today I got reply at 02:25pm stating that my application was returned on Dec 09,2014 as it was incomplete. They have also acknowledged the addendum and also returned...

Haven't got my packet as yet...

interesting analysis 8) and now i am curious to know how is PPR calculated on the basis of MR ??? ....like i will be going for my MR tomoro so when can i expect my PPR .... will be looking forward to mondays in future stages of my application ;D mondays wont be hated now onwards
