Hi..
I am an applicant from Dubai under NOC 1212 and visa office is London. I have send my application which CIO Sydney received on October 1st as per DHL. Now the mistake I did is that I have used 2013-08 Schedule 3 Economic Class form while CIC had updated the form on 2014-08. I have checked both the forms there are no big changes other than that they removed less than 1 year option from Your Work Experience option and my experiences are all more than 1 years so that option didnt really applied to me. So I am worried that it will effect my application for using old form and my application may get rejected. Already more than 3 months and still no news from CIC. Please guide if I can do anything from my end to avoid rejection..pls..pls. Thanks

No applicant has been reported rejection this year for using an older form. Lots of people have reported PER even after using older forms :) So relax...

It's difficult to predict when you will receive PER bcos the pattern at CIC has gone for a toss..Hopefully, u have sent a mail/ raised CSE to CIC as well by now....U shud get a definitive reply on your application status in 1.5 months...

Dear friends,

Is it true that if for example CAP is full on some particular date all applications from that date will be accepted?
For example if we have 10 applications from Sep 2 and on the 7th application the cap has become 1000 the remaining 3 applications from the same date will be IN?

Chances are very slim, unless if your medical results are not good.

Hi,

The mail you received- does it contain an attached PDF in which the following is mentioned-

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination by XXXXX

The mail body- does it also contain this line-

Medical forms and instructions are being emailed to you separately.

Asking because your original question was a little confusing...

Hi,

Yes In the mail below content is mentioned:

- Please send Photocopies of your updated/valid passports (only Bio page) for all . Please do not send the original passports unless requested to do so."

Guys

I would like to withdraw my second application.
please let me know the procedure to withdraw it.

My app is with CIC 29th dec delivery date.

thanks,

how is your payment method? if CC, you can make sure there is not credit limit available for the payment. However, I'd highly recommend you to wait until you are charged for one of your applications just to make sure one of them passes the completeness check. Also be aware that you will never know which application is charged!

Hi everyone..
I am noc 1112 applicant, got PER on 28 oct 2014 and second line updated stating we have started processing your application on dec 30 2014, but till date couldnot receive any MR. Is it normal or something went wrong? Should i have to contact New delhi Visa office? Please suggest.

Hi All,

We have received MR.
Need a clarification on getting PCC from Bangalore. India.
When we apply for PCC, is it mandatory to have spouse name mentioned/endorsed in the passport? We do not have the spouse name mentioned in each others pp. Can we just produce Marriage Certificate as a proof to get PCC or any other alternative? Should we also get PVC.

In the PCC application form is this the option to check "Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for going abroad (Visa for studies)"

To apply for PCC is it good to go to Commissioner's Office or apply through Passport office?

Please let us know.

Thanks

Send a mail..today...ur reply would come around 10th-15th March..by then u wud hopefully have got the PER...

Send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca to know your status. mention your UCI (if u have), full name, DoB, Father's Name, Passport number, date when file was received and by whom, name of courier, and the tracking number.
