Just got an intimation from the bank that my DD has been charged. Can you'll please guide me what will be the next steps now..

Will i get an email or something ?

Go to below link. Select New Delhi under Panel physician and look for e-medical symbol on top right corner. Those who has that symbol are e-medical enabled.

the link is in spanish and I am not able to find the option to change the language..

Happy to share the good news that finally, finally, finally, I have received the much elusive

PER !!!!!

Thanks to all the forum members for the confidence bestowed upon me. Your support really helped me go through the difficult times. Will not name anyone as the list is endless and do not want to miss anyone. ;D ;D

My timelines :
NOC : 1114
Application receipt date at CIC as per courier : 2nd Sept
Application receipt date at CIC as per CIC : 20th Oct
DD encashment date as per CIC : 23rd Dec
DD encashment date as per bank : 29th Dec
ECAS update went live : 16th Jan
PER date : 20th Jan

Don't really think I had missed out on any docs in the initial application, though i must admit that :
1. My Birth Certificate wasn't submitted as I didn't have one at the time of application submission. Had submitted an affidavit and a 10th passing certificate in which DOB was mentioned.
2. Didn't submit legal marriage certificate as I did not have one at the time of application submission. In lieu of this, I had submitted marriage certificate issued by religious priest and passport copies where spouse name was updated. Also Childs BC was provided where parents name was updated.

Have got both these certificate issued from respective government offices now, to be on the safer side. Don't recall any other discrepancy.

Hi CC or DD Charged or Cash and PER expectants applicants, kindly be more patient and you shall surely receive good news shortly. The delay might be due to d challenge faced by CIC on trying to perfect d New Express Entry system. Obviously, this will somehow affect d old fsw 2014 pending applicants and a bit enlongate the d usual expected delivery time target.

However, they will surely get back to d pending fsw 2014 applicants by God's grace. Just be positive and keep d hope alive. Nothing is wrong with your applications provided you av done the right thing, just a little delay and it wont be late.

My application has reached CIC on 31 Dec, I applied for 2281. I have below questions

1. Will I make within the cap?
2. I don't have LinkedIn profile , will it be a problem for initial check?
3. My previous application was returned back due to payment issues, Will there be any UCI number for me?

1) You should as 2281 wasn't a hot NOC.
2) No issues if u dont have a Linkedln account. It would be better if you have one, it wont harm and is available for free.
3) Returned application will have UCI#

I was misinterpreting the scenario. When you click the Status "In process" it shows three option

1. Permanent resident application inside Canada
2. Permanent resident application outside Canada
3. Permanent resident application - Federal Skilled Worker program

These options contain information regarding the current status. In the third option "In process" means positive eligibility. I hope i will get PER email soon.
