URGENT Help required, Finally i got my UCI number from CIC call center. I just checked my status and it is showing "In process" and when i clicked on it shows first stage as "In Process (A decision has not been made yet) ". What is this please explain ?

btw - wondering how did u manage to get uci from call centre - their mandate is not to give out uci

According to the spreadsheet the applicants assigned to Sao Paulo VO are receiving the RPRF and PPR around one week after the medicals are sent through the electronic system, but for me two weeks have gone and nothing. I travel a lot to many countries because of my work, but never stayed long enough to require a police certificate. I also have a controlled high blood pressure, which I reported during the medical examination, together with documents provided by my doctor showing my good condition. Could the travels and the HBP explain the delay? From what you know, could it delay a reply in several months?

Well 2 days back i called them first time and lady i spoke with asked my credentials. While giving me my UCI number, the call was dropped and i only had first 5 digits. I called them several times but all the agents response was same "Its not in our mandate to share UCI over the phone and also to people who living outside the Canada". I tried just one hour back and told the agent the aforementioned story. He finally gave me my UCI number Hoping for the best now

Don't get panic dear. Sometimes is better to read in official site rather to ask in the forum...
Here is a quote from their site:
"Participation in CIIP is entirely voluntary. It will not affect the immigration procedures in any way. Actual participation in a CIIP orientation session is not a guarantee or an indicator that your immigration application will ultimately be successful or that you will receive an immigrant visa."

I've just received my PER email which indicates that the D.D had been cleared on 29 Dec, 2014 although the bank stated that the clearance was on 2 Jan, 2015 . However, the Visa Office is not mentioned.

I am pleased to inform you, I got my medical request, RPRF today. I am so happy and grateful to God.

I was asked to send proof of funds for my family on 5th Dec. 2014 and I sent it on the 12th of Jan. 2015.

My ecas still shows in-process with just one line.

Please, anything to note for the medicals?

As CIC received complete file along with employer reference letter, is there any chance of rejection from Visa Office for Job duties mismatch?

Unfortunately the key factor here is Visa Officer's discretion that no one can pre-empt.
