Its a bit strange. Did you get the second line update after receiving the PER mail? Did you or your employer receive a call from them? How many points were you claiming ?

Thanks for the useful information..

One more question, what may be the risk of paying through credit card.. There is no risk as such as you are the one who is trying the transaction and not someone else. So even if it gets declined 3 times, we can try one more time.

Actually I have paid my application fee through DD only, as I felt that may be the safest option since i don't want to take chances if they try to charge and gets failed in 3 transactions.

But now, directly amount get transacted and we will get receipt right ? so, what may be the risk ? In case of Credit Card - Yes, Amount gets transacted. We need to fillout the details and take a print of the payment receipt.

For DD - We may need to keep checking with the Bank. Lucky part is that the DD is made payable @ Delhi so that means Bank can give you more likely an accurate answer

I am asking this just to know whether I am going in wrong direction ? Nothing cross questioning here.. You are in the right direction my friend

Please guide me.

Hope i answered your query

+1 sk1984indian for the work <applause>

After reading this I remember that I did not attach a cover letter nor mention the UCI number or Application Number in any other document apart from RPRF receipt.

I think I should stop worrying about it and expect the 3rd line to be updated soon :) :) :)

Buddy .. You will be fine my friend

All the best :-)

You can pay it using your credit card. I did that.
You just have to click the link mentioned in your mail. Pay the fee. Take a print out of the receipt. Fill in your details and send it along with your medical receipt.

CanOL, Hearty hearty congrats!!!! I have come to the forum after a long time today...and what a fabulous news to see you finally getting PER :) :) Happy for you!!!!

Reposting this as few members were asking for which noc and what date I applied.Sry if this is a repeat for few people.
:) :) :) :D :D :D 8) 8) 8) 8)

Anyone who has taken the DD from Icici bank for CAD dollars and the cheque was issued from Bank Of Montreal on the name of "Receiver general for Canada" ? I want to know how they got to know their cheque is encashed or not ? is that by calling the customer care or visiting the bank Huh

When I went to bank all they are saying is cheque is not returned so that means either it is encashed or they are yet to encash ? This is a confusing update I get from them.

5th Nov applicant for NOC 2172 .. when I checked my Icicibank statement online there is no transaction abt it until now.

Gopi.. As i mentioned earlier.. there is nothing for you to worry and just do as i said, directly go to the person who issued you the DD and ask him to let you know whether ur DD is encashed or not and he will take couple of days and let you know exact details of your status, other than this there is no other means i suppose for you to get info and also this is what i did for my status.
cheer up man you will get good news soon so, be happy.. :) :) :)

Dear experts,

I got my second line update today. I am worried for interview. How much am I likely to be called for Interview?

Current Avg Process Time from MR to PPR is roughly around 80 - 90 days as per SS.

Is that from Medical request date or from medical done date ? I received MR on 28th nov , completed on Dec 23 with CPC Ottawa . CPCO has current time shown as 55 days (again from request date or completion date )?

Just now I have paid my RPRF fee through my cousin's credit card..

But on the receipt, its showing my cousin name (Any how in the foot message its written as "Please also note that the payer's name on this receipt does not have to be the same as the one on the application form").

My doubt here is do i need to mention my name just aside of my cousin name and do i need to fill his address or my address in the receipt form, because its asking client address and Client ID.

What is Client ID here ?? is it File Number or UCI ??
